They have organic fresh fruit & veggies, all locally grown and different every visit as they sell what's in season. They're making their own yogurt which my family loves, it's just the right consistency. There's also different kind of cheeses available, my favorite is the goat cheese w/herbs, but be my guest and try the other kinds available. You can also buy really good soil, to be more specific they have a worm "factory" so the soil they make is really awesome. What I love is you can also find cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, pets & the environment, which are hard to find in a regular supermarket. Be sure to ask about the essential oils, she can order any oil you want, at a good price and from one of the best brands, DoTerra.

Luis, is the one that plans out, cooks and personally tests all the items on the menu. Formally trained as a musician, Luis didn't even have any prior experience with cooking! Impacting life events had him reconsider his career path, and he immersed himself into the study and practice of healthy cooking of organic foods. Yes, Luis has worked extremely hard to get to where he's at, but I suspect there's an additional element at play here. On top of hard work, he's a really talented guy with an interesting personal story to tell. How do I know so much about their story? It's tough not to get to know nice, approachable and inviting people. At the same time, Luis and staff have shown good sense in knowing when it's the right time to talk or when it's best to just give me space when wanted. That has been my personal experience here.
