Great security system, great lighting, and on-premise management that lives on site. Second, the pricing is reasonable. If you find a better price they will match it and they are forever running specials to be competitive and keep the place full. My favorite thing is how accommodating they are. Need power? They find a unit close to an outlet. Need better access? They find a unit you can back a trailer to. Need a truck? They have a box truck they loan out for free to storage customers. I vacated on the 11th and called on the 12th to let them know and find out how I get my pro-rated refund for the month. Their response...we won't give one. ??? Yeah, if you hadn't paid us on the second, we could have done it they said. I don't understand what difference that makes so I continued to press her that no one told me that in the recent communications, but she was firm, condescending, and rude. "I can't read your mind" was one comment. "We have 564 other customers who are just fine with this policy" It's an arbitrary policy, that allows them to collect double rent on partial months, which is ripping people off basically. I told her that would prevent me from using them again if this couldn't be resolved. Her response, "That's fine" with a silent "I don't care" attitude. So they don't care about return customers and I really won't be back and I'm going to tell all my friends not to use this company either.

For instance, when I drove by there were 4 matching dining room chairs, and a rocker/recliner chair; ripe for the picking. I was there specifically to purchase mulch from the green-waste area. For $25 you can buy one loader-sized scoop (seriously, it's enormous) of compost, or mulch. There are three different kinds of mulch available. And if you don't need a giant serving of compost, you can buy a bag of it for $3. They're doing a pretty good job of keeping the waste managed. Everything was very well-organized.

The windows, window tracks, screens, and blinds in our home were VERY dirty. We moved into the home the year before and I don't think they'd been cleaned for several years. They were filthy and without question in need of some serious cleaning. Ashley was great to work with and was able to schedule us an appointment on a Saturday. That worked great for our schedules because both my wife and I work during the week. I'm always thankful when I can get a contractor to work on weekends because I don't like taking time off work. Dustin arrived that Saturday morning and promptly got to work. He started with the outside windows and screens and then did the inside window tracks and windows. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and looked like new when he was finished. Shortly after Dustin arrived and started working, Corey, who cleans the blinds arrived, and started taking down our blinds for cleaning. To clean the blinds he uses an ultrasonic bath (housed in a trailer he brought with his truck) and then wipes each slat down by hand. This helps get the blinds as clean as possible. Cleaning the blinds was a little expensive, $12 per blind or something like that, but the blinds looked great afterwards and were much cleaner. Cory told me that the ultrasonic bath helps remove more of the dirt and dust. After the cleaning by Spotless Window Washing our windows and blinds both looked great! Having clean windows made our home feel so much brighter inside because we were no longer looking out through dirty window panes and dirty window screens. I'm planning to have Spotless Window Washing come out again soon and would definitely recommend them for your home.
