Rented a photo booth from Recorded Memories and they were AWESOME to work with!! We opted for the 7 styles WITH our own personal design, and they catered to our desires to have superb personalized photos for our guests. Our wedding had over 400 guests but Recorded Memories was able to provide consistent and polite service throughout the night. They have FABULOUS communication via email to ensure all details are aligned, and I really appreciated their diligence in support of our big day. They even went out of their way to send samples of our designs to ensure the print quality met our expectations. The booths were clean, large and loads of fun. I loved the website to view the final images and the option to download all images to see all the great photos from our event. They had fun props which helped make the whole photobooth experience entertaining and loads of fun. I feel like they went above and beyond what my expectations were. I used these guys for a corporate event (we had them in our video game booth at San Diego Comic-Con) and I cannot recommend them highly enough-- quite literally some of the best vendors I have ever worked with, ever. From my first contact with them back in June to their staffing of the actual event, the were professional, friendly, and more than willing to handle any of the (pain-in-the-butt) requests we had for them. They have a fleet of really neat, compact photo booths that print out high-quality pictures in about 8 seconds, and our fans at the booth loved being able to see themselves on-screen while posing for pictures. They also offered us an online photo gallery where our guests could go to get digital copies of the pictures and one-click share them on Facebook, Twitter, etc. They also branded out their entire photo booth machine with our company logos, etc which really made the photo unit fit in seamlessly with our booth decor. On top of that, the two guys who own the company (brothers-- family owned!) cut us an amazing deal with unlimited printed pictures and they could not have been sweeter. Our fans LOVED it and our booth was a hit because of them. I'm getting married next year and I only wish I were local to San Diego so I could use them for my wedding! We rented a photobooth for my November wedding this year. From the first contact with Mike, it was clear that they really loved providing a great service to their customers. Mike was always prompt with email responses with any questions that I had. Their graphics department, especially Carlo, were really awesome in designing a design for my photostrips that was loved by all of my guests. At the event, Mike and his assistant were nothing but friendly and courteous to all of our guests. I was asking around and looking into renting a photo booth for a 40th birthday party in South OC when a friend had refered me to this company. She attended an event and raved about how they customized the photo booth with music, props, and design/signage. I was really impressed with their customer service; they were accommodating and offered great suggestions and options. It ended up being a huge hit at the party, and the pictures and photo quality were great! They also do digital copies of photos, so that's a plus. I recently rented a Photo Booth for my daughters wedding. I had alot of correspondence with Carlo. He was really nice and always responded quickly to my questions. Since this was my first time renting a booth I had alot of questions and I didn't know what to expect. I can say now that this was worth every penny! My expectations were far exceded! Ken came out to set the booth up. I didn't have to worry about a thing. He was so kind and friendly! Everyone loved him, and he made sure before he left that everyone had a last chance in the booth if they wanted. The graphics were lovely. And all the photos came out great! I can't wait until I get married so I can rent a photo booth! just kidding, but really, it was such a great addition to my friend's reception. My friend rented a photo booth with video capabilities from Recorded Memories for her wedding last weekend in San Diego. All of us had so much fun taking pictures and shooting short videos at the wedding! The booth was really easy to use, with a hi-tech touchscreen, and it printed out super cute photo strips with the name of the bride and groom printed on them. Considering I went home with about 10 of them, it was a fantastic keepsake from the event! After the wedding, they sent us a link to the pictures and a short video online so that we were able to share them via email or facebook, with the option to get them printed. The video was a slideshow compilation set to music of all the photos from the wedding. The guys from Recorded Memories were incredibly nice and friendly. They were great with the kids and made it enjoyable for all of us to use the photo booth. I highly recommend their company. read more

I have been lucky enough to have attended two events that Recorded Memories was contracted at - one of which was a social event and the most recent of which was a wedding here in San Diego. And I can tell you they are FAR better than any other photo booth option. First off, your photos print out on the spot and the background of your photo set is themed to the event. It's an amazing keepsake and so rare to get on-the-spot as opposed to waiting for photos to show up online. And on that note, there is really no wait time to see your full photos online as well as a professionally compiled video of the event's highlights. I was at a wedding on Saturday and had access to the whole night by Monday. Their onsite staff was super fun and laid back during and after the event. I am so happy that I booked Recorded Memories for my wedding last May. I was very indecisive at first but thankfully ended up going through with it. So glad I did because the photobooth was such a hit. All the guests loved it and I now have sooo many great, fun pictures of our everyone! I ended up putting all the photos in a large frame in our hallway and it looks amazing. The photostrip design came out exactly how I wanted it and looked great. I went with the duplicate photo strips so the guests could keep a copy as well. This worked out perfectly and everyone thought it was awesome that they got to keep one. In regards to the team, I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Mike was patient and worked with me to find a package that fit my price point and Ken was super easy to work with the day of. I was so worried that the set up of the photobooth would be too loud during the reception but it didn't cause any disruptions. Ken was awesome- a complete professional who was friendly to everyone! I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a photobooth company that is reliable, fun, and professional. I would book with them again in a heartbeat! I was lucky enough to book recorded memories photo booth for my wedding. The booth itself was great. The timer wasn't too fast which gave us plenty of time to pose and the interior was big. The booth gives you a fun black and white option too! The workers were fabulous, they did above and beyond what I expected of them. I had a scrapbook out for my guest to share their photos with us and the person that was working ended up putting the whole book together for us! It was so great. We had Recorded Memories come out for our company Holiday Party. It was the absolute easiest thing-- they went to the venue and set up and everything was ready by the time we got there. Mike, the owner ,and an assistant came to help run the booth and both were incredibly friendly and helpful. The booth itself is nice and roomy, much larger than the others we looked at. I also really liked the large picture screen-- it made it easy to to see, easy to use. The picture print-outs were adorable and Recorded Memories was very flexible in the design. We requested multiple options and they were sent-over wihtout complaint or extra-charge. The pictures turned out adorable and the slideshow tops everything off! We hired Recorded Memories for a mob-themed birthday celebration at the Skybox and they were wonderful! Very professional, punctual and our on-site coordinator even showed up in mob-themed attire! We went with the photo AND video booth option. They made designing the photobooth printouts very easy with their templates and were very communicative up until the day of the event. I had originally wanted to hire Recorded Memories for my wedding, but went with a cheaper option that ended up being super flaky, so a month before the big day I was once again looking-- in a hurry. Mike from Recorded Memories called me almost immediately after my inquiry, listened to my concerns (I was super gun-shy after the horrible experience with the other company), and treated me like he valued my business. As it turned out, I was able to take advantage of a deal they were running, which cut my costs to cheaper than the other company. Mike was always responsive to my email questions, and he and his designers even used my own graphic design for the photo strips without a problem. I had expected only one attendant, but they sent two really friendly people (it's all kind of a blur, so I don't remember names), accompanied by lots of really fun accessories for people to pose with in the booth. It was a hit with our guests-- I only wish we'd announced it more during the reception so more people went-- and they all left with really fun favors, while we got to take home a really lovely keepsake guest book. I appreciated the attendants' attention to the guest book, pasting the photos in and making sure everyone had signed. We loved the photos so much that we ended up downloading the whole lot of them a month later. Really fantastic and memorable fun. Plus, it was great to know that we contributed to their charity pool in the process so they can donate services to non-profits. read more

Planning a wedding is stressful...trying to narrow down the best of the best is hard to do (especially when you plan your wedding in 2 months)! The photo booth was part entertainment part wedding favor. My husband :) and I spent hours doing research online on photo booth vendors since did not have any recommendations. There is so much you need to consider...will they be reliable and show up on time? Do they provide props? What is the quality of the photos? Is it affordable? Well...everything exceeded my expectations! EVERYONE had a blast and it was honestly a hit...I know this because I have access to all the photos online and everyone took multiple pictures. :) I started to get a little bridezilla and became a perfectionist with the custom image on the print out (no idea why that was so important to me...) and Carlo kept editing everything until it was perfect, although the first one he sent me was really nice I was just being picky on colors.
