If I can give the shop zero I would DO NOT COME HERE!!!…read more People, please beware of this place the people here are thieves. As soon as I got there, they did not price me. Without giving me the price they began to change out my air hose for my trailer. Overcharged me for the less than hour service and overpriced the 2 hoses that he set up wrong. Then claimed that my trailer needed break adjustments and wanted to charge me more. I declined that service. Oscar, I believe that was his name. He threaten me to call DOT so they can put me out of service that was a bunch of bullshit. Just because I said no to the adjustment. He refused to give me a receipt. Had one of his employees call me acting like a DOT officer lol fucking dumbass. Should have at least called me from a different number that was not their shop. Then he offered to adjust my break for free and had the mechanic tighten them so they can burn on me very unprofessional and dangerous shop. And they obviously don't know what they're doing connecting air hoses, the wrong way.

Do not take your vehicle to this shop for any service whatsoever! Carlos, the owner is not a…read moremechanic, he is a professional thief. My 379 Peterbilt seemed to be running a little hot so I took it into a shop in Dallas and they told me that my water pump was weak and my radiator needed to be replaced and hopefully, that would solve the problem. If it continues overheat after that, I probably have a small crack in the head. Unfortunately, even with the new water pump and new radiator, the engine still was close to overheating by the time I got to San Antonio so I took it in to D Tire And Lube where their Mechanic confirmed that I did have a small crack in the head. Carlos told me they might be able to repair it for about $4000 but worst case scenario, they would have to replace the head and that would run about $7000. Nearly 3 months later the shops Office Manager called me to tell me the truck is ready to be picked up and they sent me a bill for $73,000. There were things on the bill that had nothing to do with repairing the head like new tires, painting the frame, polishing the tanks and rims, etc. there were also items on invoice that were ridiculously priced like four O-rings for over $1000 apiece when the price from Caterpillar for the exact same O-rings was $2.48 apiece. After they received a notice via the sheriffs department from my attorney, they sent me a new invoice with all the prices changed bringing my new total to slightly over $8000. I paid the bill, picked up the truck and it ran like shit. It didn't even make it 4 miles down the road before the truck overheated and broke down. When I opened the hood, the first thing I noticed was my brand new water pump and brand new radiator had been replaced with a freshly painted old water pump That they didn't even bother to remove the rust off before they painted it and an old ass radiator with about 15 leaks freshly patched with JB weld. I also noticed that the four Goodyear tires that I had put on the truck a couple months prior were gone, and there were four recaps in their place. I called a tow truck and had the truck brought directly to Rush truck center to have a full inspection done on the truck. They said they found the heads of broken bolts, pieces of sandpaper and other foreign objects throughout the engine block and jammed in both turbos. The damage and pillaging that D Tire And Lube did to my truck and engine cost me almost $100,000.
