Although I enjoyed my few visits with the therapist they paired me with, I did not feel that any of my visits met the description above. I am most disappointed that this practice double dipped. I was required to pay out of pocket and according to my insurance they also took payment from them. This practice continually has told me they didn't receive any payment from my insurance, even though I can see the paid and submitted claim from my insurance; who also confirmed that they paid them.

To keep it as brief as possible, I was never told how much things would actually be until my card was charged (more than expected), statements were made from employees that gave it a judgmental vibe, the therapist blatantly gave the impression she had better things to be doing, and when I cancelled my next appointment, instead of inquiring the reasons I decided not to continue, the receptionist was rude about it. I believe the employees may be great individuals *outside* of work, but this place needs to re-evaluate how they interact with their patients. My advice, SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE.
