Her unprofessionalism created a worsening of a situation and resulted in a missed opportunity for family repair. Not everyone gets a second chance and when it is so casually mishandled it falls below the standards of professionalism and care. She recommended a program where using her name allegedly gives a discount but likely results in a kick back when purchasing using her name.
