Customer service WAS better at this shop! There was a beautiful and kind lady working here in a bright red suit! She made sure we knew we were welcome and properly introduced to her products. Very warm and friendly!! I *think* what I ended up purchasing is a type of marzipan.. there were flavors like raspberry, strawberry and lemon.. oh my gosh the lemon really got me but yes I bought all the kinds. The marzipan and the chocolate is just of a much higher quality than the cheaper brands. I also love the hazelnut filled eggs. I didn't find the cashier especially polite or helpful, in fact I felt like an idiot asking if there was a minimum charge amount for credit cards (which there isn't here, but a lot of places in Austria do have a minimum so I always ask first !) She knew what she was doing with the chocolates though, and was fast and efficient. As stores tend to be in Austria. If you love Mozartkugel, this is the place!

Also, Austrians take their jobs seriously and these chocolatiers are no different. They will greet you with the professionalism and courtesy usually reserved for foreign dignitaries. The pride and the presentation only add to the beauty of the experience eating something so delicious. As a reminder, this is a candy store, not one of the luxury boutiques in town. He continued to act rude and arrogant towards my young daughter, we would never recommend setting foot in this store ever!
