Paid $8,396 for my kids tuition Sept '25-July 26. Requested refund as when we signed up, we were misled by who coaching staff would be on one team and the other team failed miserably this fall and a refund was promised if we were not happy after fall season. Fall went terribly. Boys got slaughtered in their tournaments for older son. We paid more money this year for less practices and a head coach who was barely ever present. Was told 12.01.25 that the refund was initiated but no matter how many times I asked for a valid receipt from QuickBooks/intuit showing the refund was initiated, I was denied or ignored. 12.04.25, minutes after talking to a coach, the refund appeared as pending in my account only to receive a text less than 12 hours later that it's been cancelled and will not go into my account. My kids (and all of the players) are now scrambling to find new teams as a bankruptcy email went out yesterday. Blatant LLC - Terrible Customer Service. Terrible Inferior Products. Over Priced. Avoid this store at all costs. Also, the owner and its employees lie to the customers and refuses to refund money back one day after purchase, prior to the start of manufacturing. If i could give negative starts i would. This team talks a big game with the "indoor facility" and premiere tournaments. Unfortunately when practices are cancelled the only indoor training they offer the teams are $40 a session to make up for cancelled practices. They don't give equipment you are forced to purchase with their required player packs. This whole organization is a cash grab. They are spread to thin with expanding too quickly and they can't keep up with their promises. Half the kids on their Nationals team didn't receive helmets. Last year nobody got their gloves and the year prior it was sweatshirts. I'm sure these practices have been going on even longer. The owners are complete scumbags and downright thieves. Bait-and-switch. Promises top level tournaments but doesn't deliver. Cancels at the last minute and then forces their teams to play in their parent organization, Blatant Athletics, sub-par tournaments. Not only are they keeping your $3500 but they are also paying themselves tournament fees which were supposed to go to college recruiting events. Promised weekly practices but rarely kept an ongoing schedule. If they did hold a practice they combined age groups resulting in older kids not getting the appropriate instruction and work out they deserve and putting younger players at risk of injury. While they did hold a good seminar on "what to expect in the recruiting process" they didn't actively support their players in collegiate / coach outreach. I didn't see any organizational effort at increasing diversity amongst teams/ players, coaching staff or locations of activities; it's a very lily-white lax club. Their abusive business practices were PRE-COVID, not pandemic-related. They talked a good game and we believed their "approach" but sadly, the reality was VERY different. read more
