A great experience for a first timer…read more Let's start with the basics, parking was easy and convenient (free too for anyone unfamiliar with the area). The young lady at the check in desk was very sweet. They have lockers positioned in the front, which is convenient for you to put your things in there. They sell water and energy drinks if needed. The studio is very clean and very well kept as well. Amanda was my instructor and what a joy she was. I was very nervous as it was my first time taking a Pilates class. Not to mention , I signed up (unbeknownst to me at the time) one of the harder classes. I thought to myself, yikes! Maybe I should come back to a beginner's level class. But Amanda was so encouraging, and informed me I could modify some movements, and she mentioned that she would position me near some folks who are pretty seasoned and would be able to help if I needed some guidance. I didn't know exactly what I was expecting, but that class kicked every ounce of my butt, but in the same breath, I will also say it's probably the best workout I have ever done. I worked parts of my body that I didn't even know existed lol! There were so many moments throughout the class that I thought to myself... Can I make it through? But Amanda was right there cheering me on and motivating me every moment of the way. This definitely exceeded my expectations for a first time Pilates experience. As difficult as the workout was for me... I made it through :) and since I was so proud that I did, I booked myself another class next week. I have to give another kudos to Amanda, I think having the right instructor when it comes to any workout class, plays a big part on your ability to push yourself through.

Over the past week, the additional classes I took had the same great & some intense Instructors with the same objective of pushing you to finish strong. One Instructor had me say a few choice words to myself after class, yet all with love & light. & only after the next day of recovery - LOL. The encouraging emails after your class simply rock...or should I say glide? I give myself a B- for showing up & returning with no shame in taking breaks during class to recalibrate my lower back/core, hence why I'm here. Agreed that the membership prices are a little steep. However, the 2 Week Unlimited offer is the right opportunity to learn a new fitness regime & boost your overall health before making any commitments. Regardless of which Instructor is at the front desk everyone is welcoming & engaging while motivating you not to walk out the door - *smile*. Very good client service across the "Sweatlana" board.

I recently visited the Club Pilates location in Dunwoody and overall had a pleasant experience…read more The studio itself is very nice inside--clean, well-kept, and welcoming. One thing I really appreciated was the convenience of the parking. It's located right in front of the studio, which makes getting in and out super easy. The class style felt a bit slower-paced than the Pilates classes I'm typically used to. That said, I think it may just be a different teaching style or class format than what I normally take. Pilates can vary quite a bit depending on the instructor and class level. Because of that, I'd definitely be open to giving it another try to experience a different class or instructor. The space itself is great, and the overall environment was very pleasant.

The classes do book up fast but makes sense as the instructors are very good. The studio is located near Publix which has a large parking lot, and parking is never a hassle. The studio also has a bathroom in the back that doubles as a changing room. Even though the studio has been open for 6 years, all the equipment appears to be in "new" condition. The instructors are also very good and make sure to guide you if you are new with hands on assistance if you are okay with it. Overall, a really nice studio and look forward to more classes!

Since the place is 24hrs thats important to me. They have a security guard that patrols and a life alert-like system that you can activate if you feel like you need emergency assistance. I found out that they have aqua rowers and I couldn't wait to try them since I love rowing. The dual handles really provide more range of motion options for working out your arms. I loved it. I look forward to coming back and trying more classes.

It's very clean & organized It seems very secure. It is open 24 hours, only staffed 11-8. You get either a code or you can use your app to unlock the door. Everything seems very straightforward when it comes to using the rooms and machines. Cons- It's small. I'm 5 11 and I can't do a lot of the yoga stuff due to a lack of space. The walls are low & close, which is a little odd because in all of the informational videos they have way more than enough space. I definitely would not have three people in one room two is more than enough. When signing up it is a minimum 3 month plan. Also I did find it a little weird I went back & fourth with Hattie on the enrollment price. When I walked in the sign said $20 enrollment && I had spoken to someone on Saturday & asked her if the $20 enrollment included the mat & towel she told me yes. When it was time to sign up she said the $20 was over bc that was last month. I wasn't feeling to well so I was kind of out of it but I reminded her the sign outside literally says $20 enrollment. She said she would change it & did!! I also told her my cousin referred me, she told me they they don't do anything with referrals, as soon as I signed up and got the app they definitely do do something for referrals lol Also, as soon as I got home, I saw that the enrollment for the month is now 4$. So it was a little weird that she kept pushing the $99 enrollment when I was aware of the $20 and for the month of July they're doing a 4$ enrollment. So just be aware of any specials before you go in.
