I was debating for the longest time if I wanted to get it done; the idea of a semi-permanent procedure on my face had me petrified, especially because your brows define your face!! I did LOADS of research and asked plenty of questions. She is super patient, friendly and professional. She explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. There was absolutely no pressure. She ensured I was comfortable with whatever I decided so I felt more secure with my decision.  She takes her time to make sure she gets your brows right and walks you through the process the entire time. She also makes sure you're comfortable during the procedure. Not going to lie, microblading can be somewhat uncomfortable and a little painful but the numbing cream definitely helps a ton, it also depends on your pain tolerance (I have a very low pain tolerance). But if semi-permanent makeup isn't your thing, she also offers an array of other services such as threading, tweezing or tinting to keep those brows in perfect shape.  Oh and did I mention her prices are beyond reasonable??
