Legally they can only get authorization for the charge amount, and actually charge the card when the order ships. Terrible website, especially when you click on "contact us". you type the message, and when you click to "send" you get an error message. My reason for one star is because of their competitive pricing. they claim to be in business for 40+ years, one would figure after at least 25 years they'd fix and have a working web-site. Terrible experience so far. Lesson: read the reviews, especially on & two stars, before buying.

For some reason, dermatologists always seem to make you wait forever when you have an appointment. This is not the case with Dr. Hughes. I am always seen in a reasonable amount of time. She is also soooo gentle. I hardly feel it when she injects the Botox. She is so sweet and really cares about her patients. And the office even called me after my most recent appointment to make sure everything went ok. She also has an open house about once a year where you can pre-purchase different services such as botox for a reduced price.

There was another beautician there doing hair And she was also nice and very friendly. I relocated to this area from North Jersey (Bergen county) and have been looking for a salon for 5 years and have been dissatisfied after too many appointments. I have shoulder length natural hair for about 10 yrs now...I can braid and wash and blow and iron my own hair but sometimes you want someone else to do it Doris is very knowledgeable about African American hair and gives well needed advice which I appreciate. It came out awesome, I have natural 4c-4b hair texture, I say 4b due to many coloring to cover those grey hairs (yikes!!) I am going to trust her with highlighting my hair even though I am nervous about it due to my natural hair. Promise to post those pics after and update this review. I don't have tattoos and was very leery about permanent makeup but when I heard that my old friend, Michele, was getting certified as a micro pigmentation specialist, I called on her immediately. I walked out of there looking like me, the me I was before my eyebrows fell out. The office is nice, the atmosphere is soothing, and the process is not painful at all. I would give 10 stars.
