He skipped over several of the tree branches I pointed out to him before he gave me the quote. When I would ask him about the areas he missed, he cut me off arguing those would cost extra money. In the end, he was in such a rush he left without raking up the twigs and smaller branches that were scattered throughout the yard. He also left without telling me about the damage he did to my house. After arguing all day with him, I gave up and called a repair man to fix it forcing me to stay home another day. I'm not a pushy person. I don't ask for extras because I feel guilty asking - I didn't even negotiate the price....but I expected him to live up to his promise and make some attempt at "satisfaction guaranteed." They're located in Noblesville, but they deliver to most of Hamilton County. The hardwood mulch was delivered exactly where it was requested to be placed (on a tarp on the driveway, to the right), carefully and nicely, in a tidy little mulchy pile. It was delivered right when it was supposed to be delivered, by a nice guy who made sure everything was satisfactory. The mulch is undyed, but you can't tell at all -- it's a rich, dark brown color. Check their website for discounts (I scored $40 off). You can't place an order on their website, though. You need to call them to set everything up. Now, I have a mountain of brown stuff in my driveway, and the clock is ticking to spread it! Looks like today is arms day!
