We are very glad we didn't just jump at any vendor. In our research we found the prices for Lighting and DJ combos to be all over the place for pretty much the same service. We met with Ammon and instantly had a personal connection to him and liked what he and his company had to offer. He was more than willing to work with our budget, while still caring about how the venue would like and sound like. We were able to find a happy medium cost-wise and Ammon did his best to throw in even more than was promised because he cared about how the end product looked and sounded like. On the wedding day, both my, now wife, loved how everything looked and sounded. We had two rooms in our venue and we discussed having the main dining room feel "warmer." So Ammon suggested some nice soft pink uplighting along the walls while the other room was more of party room where where the colors were more of a deep purple. In regards to the music, Ammon offered a lot of great suggestions for specific music for different moments of the wedding which was very helpful. Once the dance floor opened, he did a great job of keeping the energy and the party going. He even ended up running the music longer because people kept dancing...a lot of the credit goes to him on that! I wanted a really non-traditional wedding and I was looking for someone who was going to understand what it was that I was looking for. Manny was so generous to agree to do both the ceremony and the reception since he has more than one system available to use. On the dance floor, he played banger after banger. Nearly everyone hit the dance floor at some point of the evening. He got a lot of our guests to the dance floor and kept the party vibe going. He was very experienced with getting guests to stay on the dance floor. He was also attentive to us throughout the evening, checking to make sure we were OK, making sure we ate, and preparing us for certain time points like speeches and tosses. We also rented a photobooth from DJ Pros. The photos were high quality and large for a photo strip, and there were plenty of props and hats. The attendant was friendly, and he ensured we received a copy of every photo strip in an album. The printer also could print a large number of copies and had various digital sending options. A point of feedback is that some guests didn't realize they could write a comment in the album, so maybe a writing station could have been set up better and perhaps communicated with a sign.
