Sophia is one of those realtors that is there for her customer not just for herself. You don't feel like you're talking to a 'typical' salesperson. We did have a few hiccups along the way as the seller and their agent were not very ethical and forthcoming when it came to certain things. But, Sophia made sure we were not taken advantage of - she even paid for our home warranty which she did NOT have to do. Sophia is an excellent communicator - she is not one of those agents that you get into contract with and then you do not here from them for days. We had a wonderful experience. I have recommended Sophia to some of my coworkers and friends that are in the market for home.

I originally bought my house for $120,000, now after being here for over 10 years and constant repairs I am told over and over by construction workers "who fixed this house?" , "who put this together" "everything is built wrong". It's like putting lipstick on a pig. They poorly, cheaply and incorrectly "fixed" this house up to sell. When I tried to refinance my house this company wouldn't return any of my mortgage companies phone calls and the mortgage company wanted to take them to court for being suspicious and irresponsible for returning calls and avoided providing documents. Fortunately my house is more than doubled in value this year due to the location, so major come up. Karma I would say!

Also, SAC sellers often do not do their own property inspections before they provide their disclosures. Which often means disclosures are actually incomplete. Less quality. Buyers end up having to do inspections, which is backwards. SAR should recommend a change of these practices. Have agents do their AVIDs up front, and have sellers provide inspection reports in advance of listing and disclosures.
