If you are looking for a honest, amazing realtor, Joni is the answer!…read more Joni is an amazing realtor! We had such a great experience with her during our purchase process, that we HAD to hire her for our sale when we were ready to move out of state. She is very knowledgeable and ready to help you through the whole process. She cares so much about her clients, that making sure they find the right property is her priority. She showed us many properties until we found our home, always being transparent about location, pros and cons. Selling our house with her was also a great process, she took care of everything since we were no longer in town. From someone who lived in 10 different states, trust me when I say she is the best realtor I had the pleasure to work with.

Outstanding Service & True Technical Expertise!…read more If you are looking for a plumbing company that actually knows what they are doing and doesn't just give you a generic corporate runaround, Precision Plumbing and Mitigation is the absolute real deal. I had a complex main line issue that required not just a standard snaking, but heavy-duty diagnostic and mitigation work. From the moment they arrived, the team was incredibly methodical, highly professional, and completely transparent about the physical state of my drainage system. What sets them apart is their attention to detail. They didn't just punch a quick hole through the blockage and call it a day; they took the time to address the root cause of the issue, explained the structural dynamics of the pipe layout, and ensured the line was completely flushed and properly mitigated against future backups. Their equipment is top-tier, their technician's troubleshooting skills are sharp, and their customer service is top-notch. Dealing with mainline and pipe issues can be incredibly stressful, but Precision Plumbing and Mitigation handled the job flawlessly from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for honest, expert physical plumbing and mitigation work. Five stars all day long!

Tim Meagher completely changed my opinion. There is no way our recent purchase would have happened if Tim hadn't been highly involved in many of the details as it turned out to be a pretty complex negotiation, and closing. Tim helped us with finding a better mortgage company, good legal counsel and insurance at half the cost we had! Most of all Tim made some promises the sellers didn't keep and he personally made them happen at out of his own pocket! In addition he has (and is continuing) to support us after the sale as he has continued to answer questions, and connect us with quality service providers. We don't ever plan to sell but if we were Tim is the first person we would go to

I offered to pay her with a Company credit card immediately, to insure that they would be paid promptly and she still declined our business. Unbelievable.
