So I'm not very experienced but this was not my first purchase. Bruce is a bully. He represented the seller. He didn't have her sign the disclosures on the house. It turned out that she lied and omitted problems with the house. Now I have to pay for those. He also wrote my agent a really rude and personal letter about me, claiming I was ridiculous and that my offer was ridiculous. In fact my offer was 5k over the asking price. When my inspection turned up multiple problems with the house and I asked for a reduction in price he claimed I was negotiating in bad faith. Then he finally agreed to give me back some money but wouldn't reduce the recorded price so it meant that he made an extra $150 commission. How lame and how desperate. He actually screwed over his own client to get an extra $150!!! Unfortunately that results in my having to pay higher property taxes and it artificially inflates the market as well. Bottom line he is a bully a liar and unethical. I've heard there are multiple complaints against him and other agents won't work with him. I'm filing an official ethics complaint against him.
