This is the first tme ever that I write a yelp review and it is kind of sad that it has to be a negative one. Everybody can have a bad day but today the cashier was really rude to me. I understand that people from Bavaria are really proud of the fact that they are unfriendly and even rude to customers and that seeems to make them "authentic""authentisch" (as opposed to the "fake" American shops) but still a cashier should be careful with her manners and the tone she uses with the customers. She was not wearing her name tag and I only know from asking one of her colleages that her first name is "Melanie". I tried to make a formal complaint but it was useless. So know it is all over the Internet. I would really re-think a couple of points if I were the management of Real. read more
