Today I accidentally pad locked myself out of my vape with a passcode some how which I had no idea was even a feature on my vape that I've been using for 2 years. After looking on their website to try and figure out what model i have so i can google how to fix it, it seemed as though they didn't sell it anymore, and I couldn't go to their store due to the pandemic. Speaking of online orders, these guys are so fast! I can place an online order standing and the far end of the parking lot and they'll have it ready by the time I walk through the door (I have a little weekly ritual of popping by while I do my laundry at the nearby laundromat). They knew me by name within about a month of my first going there. Recently I placed an order for their Fischer-Hellman location because the Wilson location didn't have what I wanted and both stores called to check that it was correct because they know my routine so well.
