That's completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying customer. They never mentioned repairs would take 2-3 days. I was clearly told it would be done overnight or the next day, which I have in writing. Once they had my laptop, the story suddenly changed. The communication was chaotic and inconsistent. They also pressured me for my password even after I explained that my computer contains sensitive client banking data, then backtracked and said they didn't need it. For that, they charged almost $300 for a basic cleaning and repaste. Their Google page doesn't even list a proper address, which is concerning for a repair shop. Unprofessional, disorganized, overpriced, disrespectful, and completely lacking in understanding for people with disabilities. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather trash the laptop than hand it back to Ted -- that says everything about how much I trust his shop.

A week ago my three-year-old PC just died - no warnings, just wouldn't turn on. Both my wife and I…read morethought we lost all of our documents and most importantly years worth of family pictures. My wife got this business's name and number from her friend. The tech was able to schedule us in that same day. About 5 minutes into the diagnosis he gave us the good news the hard drive was fine, it was the power module (power unit in the back of the tower) that had to be replaced. Twenty minutes later the tower was back from the dead. Within the same hour he checked the PC, and made the recommendations for future backups. A day later he came back with the hard drive and set up an automatic backup form us. What a relieve! Thank you for your professionalism, timely and honest service.
