I hadn't driven for a very long time, and never had the courage to get on the highway...until I worked with Phil. My experience working with Phil could not have been a more excellent one. I saw my confidence in my driving soar quickly as we worked through all the elements of driving that I was insecure about, from lane-changing, to merges, entering/exiting highways, backing into tight spots, and more. Phil's approach is extremely gentle and informative - he has a very high level of patience and he comes with a vast amount of driving knowledge. He instructs and provides tips/tricks in a way that is both easy to understand/remember, and also backed by practical examples and experiences. I've gone to two driving schools previously (1 on Staten Island, 1 in Brooklyn) and Phil is by far the best. I am currently enrolled in weekday classes and missed my first day. The only reason I found out was because I called to verify the times the classes will meet. During this call, the representative named trisha, told me since I missed the class I wouldn't be accounted for in the class and wouldn't get my money back. I called the college hosting the classes, Medgar Evers college. After getting the extention of someone sensible, I was told that I am still in the classes and just show up the next class. All in all if you decide to use this service ask alp the questions before coming here.
