They prices are so high and their work is terrible. My son went there recently thinking he could tell them what he wanted which was simple - he wanted very little off the hair. A trim - nope. He got butchered. Carlos the owner was snipping away not even paying attention and legit made this kids hair so crazy short and ugly he left in tears at 14. His hair means a lot. He made the top shorter than the sides as well. He missed the left side completely in 2 spots and i had to fix myself. Hoping this grows out it's god awful

Overall: Good haircut for a Great price!…read more Cut: It is always hard to find a good barber shop in a new area. Most of them don't know what they are doing and are filled with fake reviews from friends and family. You know this place is different when you walk in. I liked their no fluff style. They don't over charge and ask $40 for a men's cut or ask you to make an appointment that they can't keep. I had called at least 20 places in the area before arriving at this place. I showed the barber a picture of what I want. He told me that it will take 30 minutes so I should feed the meter. And he got right on it. He even suggested things I should do to make the picture suit get to my face, and different ways of styling it. Price: $15 for a cut, when others are charging $40! I gave him $20 including the tip and walked out very happy. I'll definitely come here again.

My barber…read moreactually taped my mask up on my face so he could slide off the ear loops to cut my sideburns. Also, the service was weirdly good. My barber used a vacuum arm to suction the cut hair off of my neck and head afterwards. I've never had that done before. Nor even heard of it. But it was a nice touch! I just got a fade and trim on top. The haircut took about 25 mins. The total was $25, which seems fair given the extra precautions in COVID times.

[insert expletive]'ing HORRIBLE -- not recommended for children, and personally never going back…read moremyself. Look, I understand there are sick people out there and there are many worse things than a bad haircut experience. Haircuts (good or bad) is not the end of the world either way. As a parent I'm just glad my son is healthy, everything else is secondary. I don't write reviews often (if ever), unless I have a disaster of an experience and wish to warn others. The following is perspective for those who may consider going here with their own child, expecting a friendly / welcoming staff and environment.... [insert expletive]'ing SCARY experience for my 2 year old boy. Guy cutting his hair was older. Told him just a trim. I repeat -- "just a small trim" (like, not a normal haircut because he has curly hair and we don't like it too short). He started chipping his hair like crazy. But, not before repeatedly spraying water in my sons face and eyes, while flexing his big scissors in his face. My sons was literally flinching while the barber held him back. Scared him with everything. My son is 2! I asked the guy to take it easy. Then it got ugly. He KEPT GOING. Didn't stop cutting his hair, shorter and shorter. The told the guy to just STOP cutting his hair. HE KEPT GOING! I was kind of shocked looking around like, WTF is going on here -- I couldn't believe the guy?! Finally I asked him to just STOP! And he stopped. Look, again, a good or bad haircut - my son is healthy any doing ok. Hair grows back. It just seriously bothers me how the guys here handled such a young boy while completely disregarding his parent. I'll never in a million years ever go here again myself, certainly never again with my son, and I would like to warn others to please stay away. Recommending "Snips For Pips" (child haircuts in Ridgewood) or other, similar types of places for young children. [insert expletive] HORRIBLE!!!
