I found this place based on a review in my Instagram feed which I could remember who. Booking was very easy. Very professional folks in the phone. I got the Thai Combo 90 min massage and it was the best massage of my life. Seriously it was amazing. Perfect "deep" pressure but not to the point that I wanted to ever go lighter. Literally right to the perfect place. I am in town often and I am definitely going back the next time I am in Vegas.

My masseur who is an elder lady was pretty good. Even when she was talking, her hands didn't stop. The session comes with your option of hot stone and Ashiatsu massage, a deep-tissue bodywork technique where the practitioner uses their bare feet instead of hands to deliver deep, broad, and consistent pressure while holding onto overhead bars for balance. I had to tell her a couple of times that it's too much and hurt. But my friend's masseur, a younger lady, was milking her time and barely put in any pressure to the massage. I'm happy with my Masseur's service but what might concern me is when I paid, they literally grab all the cash (I was paying for us) before I determined the tips. A bit scary and too aggressive. I didn't even get the chance to see if they gave me the correct changes back or not.

My therapist Leo, took the time to focus on the areas where I had the most tension and adjusted the pressure perfectly. The location is clean, professional, centrally located, and has plenty of convenient parking, which made the entire experience stress-free from the start. What impressed me most was that I didn't even have a reservation. I simply walked in and was able to get an appointment with Julie, and I'm so glad I did. Julie is a true massage therapist in every sense of the word. She was extremely thorough and provided a complete full-body massage from head to toe. Every muscle group, every joint, and every area that needed attention was addressed with skill and care. Her energy was fantastic, and at no point did the massage feel rushed. She took her time, listened to what my body needed, and delivered one of the most comprehensive massages I've experienced. The hot stones were amazing, and the aromatic oils added an extra level of relaxation that made the entire session feel luxurious. If you're looking for someone to simply rub lotion on you, this isn't the place. But if you're looking for a true massage therapist who understands the body and provides real therapeutic work, Massage Well is exactly where you need to be. Julie has definitely earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely be back very soon and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage experience.

This is the Thai massage that I've been chasing ever since…read more My husband and I did a couples Thai massage here, and it was honestly one of those massages where you walk out feeling like you're slightly high because so much tension has been released. We did the traditional Thai massage for 60 minutes, in the same room, and the pressure was definitely intense at times. There were certain points where it was painful -- but the good kind of painful, where you can actually feel something releasing. By the end, my back almost felt like it had these tiny vibrations running through it. Hard to explain, but I walked out feeling completely different. And whatever they were doing, they were GOOD at it. This is exactly the kind of massage where I want to feel like they actually worked on my body rather than just lightly rubbing it for an hour. I also remember the price being very reasonable for the quality, especially compared with what you can pay for massages around Vegas. Five stars. I've tried other Thai massages since this one and have basically been chasing this experience ever since. Next time I'm in Vegas, I'm absolutely coming back. If you're in Vegas and looking for a really good Thai massage, go here. You won't regret it.

I have been a local customer here for about 6-7 years, and before this experience, I honestly…read moreconsidered this one of the best massage places in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, after what happened during my most recent visit, I don't think I will be coming back. I have always gotten the $80 Thai Combination massage. When I arrived, I told the receptionist that I wanted the $80 Thai Combination. After I was already inside the massage room, the therapist came in with the menu and asked me again which massage I wanted. I told her the $80 Thai Combination, but she insisted that the Thai massage was now $100. I explained several times that I wanted the $80 option. Instead of simply explaining the difference between the services or respecting my choice, we went back and forth for about 4-6 minutes inside the massage room. I felt very uncomfortable. Eventually, I didn't want to argue anymore, so I agreed to the $100 service. The massage itself was actually good, but during the massage, the therapist accidentally scratched my face with her fingernail. It peeled the skin and was extremely painful -- about an 8 out of 10. I immediately became nervous and checked my face in the mirror. She kept telling me, "It's okay, it's nothing," but it continued hurting for the rest of the massage. What disappointed me the most was how the situation was handled afterward. I told the receptionist what happened, but there was basically no response or attempt to address the situation. I went home and realized the injury was worse than I initially thought, and because of the pain, I ended up going to see a doctor. I'm not writing this review because I want a free massage, a refund, or anything else. I'm writing it because this was handled very unprofessionally. If the owner sees this review, I strongly suggest better staff training, especially when it comes to customer service and handling an injury or complaint. Upselling a more expensive service is one thing, but arguing with a longtime customer who repeatedly says they want the $80 service is another. And when a customer is accidentally injured during a massage, someone should take responsibility and at least show concern. After being a customer for 6-7 years, it's very disappointing that one experience -- and especially the way it was handled -- has made me decide not to return.

Checked reviews while waiting for our food and looked around elsewhere. Turned off by the reviews we had no intention of going here but the bright lights drew us in to at least check it out. Spoke to OG out front smoking and he communicated well so we said alright lets do it. Clean but not modern style wise, but what really matters was the massage. Great massage, lost track of time but definitely worth it. Oil, hot stones, standing on your back, and complimentary water or soda at the end. Only real compliant was that they would leave the door open going in and out but other than that the place was great. Don't be turned off by the other reviews, seems fake imo because one mentioned how they entered another shop.

Masseuse worked hard on my neck/back/shoulder areas. Felt great and relaxed afterwards. As we were about leave, we prepared to tip $30 (15 per masseuse). They INSISTED we tip 20 each, guilt-tripping us by saying they had to work very hard on the muscles. We didn't want to argue, just went ahead and paid the extra $5. Horrible business practice and etiquette!! Should have been more cautious about the negative reviews saying they will hustle you to pay more as you leave. It is true, as we just found out. We will never go here again. Will never recommend anyone go here. This is how you lose business and do not get return customers. PLEASE BE WARNED!! There are plenty other massage places around Vegas/Chinatown to choose from.
