I sent her pictures of what we came up with and by the time she came to do the consultation, she had already had so many ideas. She worked so hard at finding a good flow for the room, a library area, etc. We had her come out for an additional 4 hour block of time to get all the paperwork and all those things that you just don't know what to do with organized. Her rates are extremely reasonable, she's easy to work with, very encouraging, and she really wants to set up a place for you...that makes sense to you....so that you stay organized. I am bummed she's moving out of the area, but I know that those future clients of hers will be very fortunate to have her. I highly recommend Ilene with Simply Living. Causing bth her client and myself heart ache and money. I won the case against her client. Big Deal. She still caused both her client and myself heart ache. She caused her client the loss of the sale and the client hasn't been able to sell the home 77 Hidden Valley, Eagle Point. The home should have been my elderly father's and my home. Estelle gave us false paperwork saying the home had an occupancy permit. It didn't. When we went to close the deal at the title company she interfered in the contact causing both her client and myself to hire attorneys. In my opinion she is not ethical. Save time and heart ache and steer away from this agent. I reported her to the Better Business Bureau and they won't endorse her due to her behavior in business. If you do, take a lawyer with you. I used Jeff Foxx in Medford, and although it is still on going 8 months and counting. He won my case and her client is appealing yet again! Warning....Tamara Hopkins
