Don't even know where to start! Horrible experience, they…read moredidn't give me the time or day. Felt stood up by this real estate firm. Poor communication on there end period. I flew in from out of state to meet with Carlos. I let him know in advance and it was arranged with advance time. We were suppose to meet and I had communicated that with him it was confirmed. He said we would make it work. He never gave me a time or location. I waited on him that long weekend I was there. For a time and location to meet. Before checking out of my hotel room and heading back. Unacceptable unprofessional and so rude. I spend alot of money on flight, car rental and hotel to meet with Carlos and his firm. It was unnecessary if he was gonna leave me hanging. Other then meeting with his firm. I had no reason to go to San Antonio. I had other more medical personal matters going on. With sensitive time frames. I took time out of my medical appointments for nothing. I waisted my time and money for this foolish experience. No effort, apologies or trying to make this meeting possible and right ever happen. From him or his firm. How cold and lame could anyone be,how sad....

Carlose was absolutely awesome in helping me find my first home…read more He stuck with me for a while when I had no credit (never had a credit card or car loan or anything) and he helped me to get a credit score (and a good one at that!) and I was able to get my first home. He found one I was able to afford and got the price knocked down a bit from the original asking price. Highly recommended!!!

From our first contact with Blue Ribbon Housing, something felt different with these guys. There…read morewas absolutely zero pressure, zero high pressure from Eric, our salesman. He gave us a map of the property with the homes indicated that fit our budget, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and told us to take our time looking around. We found just the perfect home that fit our criteria the first time! We even returned a couple more times bringing family members to scope it out and each time Eric was available if we needed him. We reached an agreement to purchase and since we are currently located over two hours away from Blue Ribbon's location, everything was done over the phone, through email and the internet. The down payment was made and we were approved for the loan at terms that fit our budget. UNFORTUNATELY, as delivery time drew closer, we pulled the survey of the property on which our home was to be located and realized there were restrictions which did not allow mobile homes!!! We were devastated! However, Eric and Blue Ribbon said, "Not a problem. We will get your refund check in the mail to you in a couple of days." No hassle, no whining, no argument, NO PROBLEM. FULL INTEGRITY.

I was transferred out of town for work for a few years and decided to rent my home here in San…read moreAntonio and I absolutely regret it. They pick the first tenant that applies not necessarily the best one and then charged a percentage (about $200) for just processing payments. On top of that they always side with the renter, every thing was considered "wear and tear" to them. When the tenants left they had scratched up our floors and dented our gutters in the front of the house, broke one of the plantation shutters. We were charged like $300 for house cleaning but when we got there it was grimey and it looks like they just did a mediocre job overall. They don't actually check the work of the third party vendors they hire. It's so darn annoying that you trust these people with managing a home but it was just a heartache overall. On top of the "management fee" they'll charge an extra amount to do inspections. I figured all that would be included with their fees. ‍

Anna and Jeremy asked the reason for my stay so I wanted to be nice and make them feel comfortable. I told them a little about myself and the reason for my travel as well as who will be with me, my mom and my ESA dog who is trained (explained to them) and told them if they had any questions about my ESA to reach out to me and I'll happily provide any information. Without them messaging me prior, they canceled my reservation without an explanation. I reached out to both Airbnb and Anna & Jeremy for the reasoning. I was told by Anna and Jeremy that they were selling the property so that it would no longer be available. That did not make sense to me because the listing was still up and active. Airbnb reached out to me shortly after and explained to me that it was because I had an ESA dog with me. There is also no where on their listing that states that their property is not dog friendly. I do not appreciate being lied to.

We were very pleased with her response time and her willingness to go above and beyond to help us find our dream home. We loved receiving the emails with new properties each week and she helped us find exactly what kind of house we were looking for. She also went through all the paperwork and the contract with us so we would understand our commitments and responsibilities as the buyer. Working with Bertalicia Perez to buy a house in San Antonio was almost a God-send for me. I was on…read morea major time crunch due to this year's schedule, and had I worked with someone else I may have ended up just having to wait until next year to buy a house. Not only did I have about 45 days or less to find, close and move into a house I had very specific requirements for what the house had to be now, and accomplish later. Lastly I'm a VA buyer so the house needed to pass a much higher inspection in order to even get the loan. Fortunately for me Bertalicia was highly competent, extremely compassionate, worked like she was hungry, methodically intentional with her searches, and aggressively resilient when it came to writing the offers. She didn't just get me what I wanted she got me things in the deal I didn't even know existed or were possible. Last time I bought a house I went through 12 realtors. Not all for good or bad reasons it was just the way it happened, but this time I got lucky and found the right realtor the very first time. As well as the last time, because I will not be using anyone else other than her anymore. If you have any questions at all call and ask for B. She will take away the anxiety of a major purchase, make what's important to you the things that are important to her, and of course take care of you from start to end.
