We scheduled for the next morning at 9:30am (on a Saturday). I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment. At 9:30am no show. I waited till 10:15 and called to follow up. When they answered the phone I was informed that the so and so was sick. "Can we reschedule?" I replied with "No! Thanks for the call Though!!!" And I hung up. I refuse to do service with any company who does not respect their customers enough to call and inform them that they will not be making an appointment that they had just made and had known that they were not going to make it. They have no respect for their customers or potential customers if they are just going to leave them hanging and leave them in limbo just waiting for them. I will now have to find a different Electrician since this this business has no respect for others times. I want to thank them for Wasting My Time!!! I will not be calling them back.

I used Russ Cason upon recommendation from a highly reputable company. Not only was he…read moreconsistently arrogant but he was also constantly whiny. He used jargon that I could not understand in a demeaning tone and then let me pay the price for not understanding what he said. When we finally got on the right page, (I thought) he set up an appt to wire my new construction on a Tuesday. After I had coordinated all of the other appropriate follow up pieces I double checked with him on Monday to find that he firmly believed (so he said) that he had not scheduled with me until the following week. If I had not had his time in writing documented from his email, he would have continued to argue with me I am sure. This is was his MO- Whiny, arrogant, demeaning tone....but yet, he can't even set a proper appt with a new client. He said that he really didn't have time to help me that week, but he would make it happen for 2 days out. I explained that I would be okay waiting until it was better for his crew if he could add one thing to my order; an outdoor safely light. He recommended one and I agreed to it. 10 days later, after the job was done, I called to check in about my finished service. Russ acted like he had no idea what light I was talking about. He said "I don't have a light." "Do you have a light?" "If you do, then I will install it?" When I called him out for his behavior and told him that he needed to make it right for me and my family, he tried to belittle me. Russ has horrible customer service, even worse communication skills, and leaves me with a gross feeling from having encountered him. I wonder if he is "not sober," or not skilled enough to do what is required, or just a deeply self absorbed crappy person. If you want to hire Russ, then you can decide and add more here.

He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable by supplying a generator. He was able to get the work done and my electricity restored sooner than expected. I won't hesitate to call him again for further electrical work when needed.

Had him make repairs to my main panel and correct a terrible job done by the last guy I used whose work almost caught my panel on fire. Had him correct my generator inlet and install a proper generator transfer switch along with a whole house surge protector. Great looking job!

Josh is a pathological liar. He lied to me about important things and even lied about things that…read moredidn't matter. I asked about reinforcing the roof due to the weight of the solar panels and he told me if it was necessary, he would do it as part of the job but it wasn't needed. A few months later, a contractor was up in my roof and he found several broken roof rafters due to the solar panel installation. It costed me $1,600 to repair the damage. Now, just over two years after installation, the electric company has informed me that my microprocessors have stopped working, the panels are not producing electricity and need replacement. Unfortunately, they do not recommend installers and they told me to call the person who installed my panels. Needless to say, I'm researching installers now. There is no way I will call Josh again. I suspect he used poor quality microprocessors and that's why they're failing.

I am one of those homeowners who will get multiple price quotes and do my homework on equipment brands, type of inverters and even seek out others in my area who have gone the solar route already for their experiences. I actually got 17 different solar quotes so I would recommend that anyone thinking about going solar would at least get a handful of estimates before making a decision. Some solar companies will offer you free stuff (like a bunch of LED light bulbs, a new thermostat, etc.) if you sign the contract with them but 'free' really is not free once you see that their quoted price is actually twice the price of the other companies. So I would highly recommend Ozark Solar for your solar needs.
