Yes, REA Brady might have a slightly higher fee than some other agencies in the area -- but Celia proved that you absolutely get what you pay for: attention to detail, top-tier communication, and relentless dedication. 4 Killea Business Park, Killea Was told that they accept…read moreHAP, so I thought great, and took the apartment. I had nothing but trouble trying to get the HAP sorted out. E'Connors Estate Agent blamed HAP, HAP blamed the estate agent. It was never-ending. I had to pay full rent during the 7 months I was there. I was tired of the games that I had no choice but moving out. They obviously don't accept HAP for this property because otherwise they would had provided all the paperwork HAP was expected and the Estate Agent couldn't provide that. The paperwork should had been ready to be sent during move in. I do not recommend them.
