I paid three thousand dollars for 10 sessions of Cryo (Dusty informed me that's what it would take…read moreto get rid of the fat around my belly/abdomen.) It did not work! Dusty then had me do two sessions of Esculpt ( severe heat to target that stubborn fat area) It burned my skin so badly that I now have three qtr. size scars in those areas. I showed them to Dusty whom informed me perhaps I should think about it on the last session. of course I'm not going to subject myself to that pain and scaring. According to Dusty, she gave me two free sessions; however one session was included in the package because that was supposed to be the equivalent of doing One Thousand crunches to target the abs. At the onset Dusty informed me the first session did not count because she just wanted to see how my body would react to Cryo, so that session was all of Five minutes. Again nothing worked as towards the end of my sessions I mentioned to Dusty I could barely see a tiny change in my targeted areas. Dusty's response was, "You'll see all that ( abdominal/stomach fat) just melt away as the weeks go on... Well I started the sessions in Early February and we are now in late August. I'm still waiting. Oh I almost forgot to mention, At the consultation with Dusty I asked her if Cryo would get rid of that fat even though it was hormonal related and she responded,"Yes!" It's disgusting and horrifying that their procedures left me scarred and disappointing that I never heard back from Dusty because she left it up to me to call her if I wanted another burning session.

The owner Jessica aka Cat was very fun to talk to along with the other ladies! I had my wax session with Alex. She did my Brazillian and legs really quickly and was very thorough she even took care of some pesky ingrowns. I've been waxing for a long time so generally it really dose not hurt, but it was painless. I will definitely recommending this place to any and every chic I know! This place is a gem out here in the valley that can rival any high end wax spa in the SF Bay Area (where I'm from). Definitely glad I found this place!!!

After I arrived, I checked in, signed a waiver paper and waited. I was kind of nervous because it was my first time, so I wasn't sure what type of pain to expect. They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. Sadly I still had to go home and pluck out about 30 hairs from each side. Pretty steep prices for me to pay some one and then go home and finish it myself. First and last time I go.

She cut my hair much shorter than what I had asked for and didn't look much like what I had asked for. At the end she didn't even hand me a mirror so I could see the cut all around, specifically the back. She charged me $60 (plus tip) and it wasn't worth it. When I got home, I noticed that on the left side there were areas that some hair was longer than others. On top of the terrible hair cut, the lady that cut my hair and another employee were laughing at some clients comments she had made about herself and the other employee went on to criticize a client that she was waiting for. The both chitchatted like it was a normal thing to do. I found that disrespectful so that's another good reason not to ever go back, not that I would.

I called 2-3 weeks ahead of time to see if they would be able to spray me with a competition…read moretanning solution that I would be providing. They asked for me to bring it in and if they aren't able to use the solution, that their's should be able to work since it's pretty dark. Long story short, I went in and they said they couldn't use the solution I provided because it was a different brand from their machine. I ended up purchasing 3 coats/sessions of their darkest spray for $85 total. Each coating made me more orange than dark. Ended up having to go elsewhere on the morning of my competition to get appropriately sprayed for my show. All in all, a waste of my time and $85.00 However, they do provide friendly service. I'm sure if I wasn't going their for a competition tan, my rating of this business would be higher.
