The Lifestyle Center is the only medically based fitness facility in the area and is a member of the Medical Fitness Association and is equipped for handling the different fitness needs of its members. There is an abundance of amenities available at TLC which includes 2 indoor pools, 3 cardio theaters, indoor track, saunas, and rock wall. There are 3 locker rooms, which includes a family locker room. Additional services available include personal training, childcare, massage, and cryotherapy. Currently, not all amenities and services are available and will be phased in due to potential health and safety concerns. There are a variety of membership options available that require a one-year commitment. I have selected the three-month Jump Start Fitness Membership for $199. Addition three-month periods can be purchased for $165. This membership works well for me because I do not exactly know how long I will be staying in the area. When I went to pick up my daughter she was crying uncontrollably & I was then told that another child had struck my daughter across the face leaving her with a scratch on right across the face for a week. No one called me and let me know, she was inconsolable when I went to get her. Other times when she has been upset they come and get me from the class to calm her down. Not this time. Thats the last time I'm taking her here.

They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. Sadly I still had to go home and pluck out about 30 hairs from each side. Pretty steep prices for me to pay some one and then go home and finish it myself. First and last time I go.

Now there are only 2 cycle classes a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are paying for these classes and now they are cancelled. Also the gym has taken away the blue towels for cleaning the gym equipment are gone and and the disinfectant spray bottles are down to about two. So the place is very unsanitary. They also took away the Silver Snickers away. And the mens locker room is disgusting.

It is annoying when you're actually there to swim laps though. Inside of gym is fine. Could be cleaned more often and use an upgrade to some of the machines. Overall just an ok gym will probably look into switching.
