She did not inform us when our buyer backed out of a signed contract, my husband found out by calling her from another state to get our proof of pending sale paperwork which was needed to make an offer on another house. We found out about offers on our house by contacting her, not the other way around. She was not prompt in answering questions or getting paperwork done and offered absolutely no guidance or input when our buyers backed out of their legally binding contract. Were contacted by text message about buyers coming over with 1 hour and 45 minutes notice. When we stated that wouldn't work for us, we were bullied by Gina's assistant Rhonda, who said if we didn't allow them in our house, they might back out of their contract. We deserved 24 hours notice. Also, we were not contacted when the sale was finalized and the contract was signed by the other party. A quick text message would have been nice, or better yet a copy of the final agreement signed by all parties. Would strongly recommend finding someone else if you value timeliness, professionalism and good or even just standard normal adult communication.
