Also, insufficient information being provided to me in order to complete a wire transfer. The wire didn't go through and the bank refused to credit my account the $18 they charged for the transfer. This was after the "supervisor" Tanner Gross spent several minutes calling personnel at another branch in order to obtain information about wire transfers. Please transfer your money to a bank that employs competent staff.
