Called to ask about getting a set of Peterbilt locking fuel tank caps that We did not have keys for either keyed or new locking mechanisms put in so We could lock them! He asked if locking part had #'s stamped on them, which they did not...?!? He asked to bring them to him so he could take a look at them for Us!! A lil over an hour, He called & had them keyed up!! He really gave Me a Great deal that saved Me lots of $$ from having to go buy new caps!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

PLEASE READ THIS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A guy named Ron came to my house to change my locks after moving to a new house with my fiancé. I had her 5 year old boy with me for the install, and the boy asked me at least 4 times "why is this guy such a jerk"? I had to explain to the boy that some people are just miserable and unhappy people. THIS RON DUDE LET HIMSELF IN MY HOME!!! I let him know when paying that he wouldn't be getting any repeat business or word of mouth business from me and to get off my property, but I couldn't leave it there. I REGRET NOT CHECKING YELP AND/OR GOOGLE OR ANY OTHER PLACE FOR REVIEWS. WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE DURING A MOVE. read more

Quick service at a very reasonable price. We'd lost all keys to a set of locks. To save us the $45 trip charge he suggested taking the locks out and bringing to his shop. Re-pinning was very affordable and key cutting cheaper than the Home Depot or Ace. read more

This guy was rude and difficult to deal with. I called at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday and he wanted to charge me a service charge to come to the store. When I spoke to him the next day he gave me 5-10 minutes to meet him at his store. I would go elsewhere. read more

The Misses and I were driving down I-70 in beautiful Central Kansas when the kids needed a pit stop. Somehow Jr. managed to lock the keys in the car. Fortunately his sister is addicted to her smartphone and we used it to search for a locksmith and that's how we found Pulis Lock and Key. Ron showed up in 10 minutes and had us on our way shortly. He even told us about a local brewery with good food that we ended up eating at. It was great but that's a tale for another day.
