It was the perfect storm of us being first time homebuyers, living out of state, and being on a tight timeline that had us absolutely terrified for what the home buying process would look like, but to say that Noah made the entire process easy would be an understatement. She was thorough throughout every aspect of the process and always advocated for us when we could not be physically present. Her extensive network of connections - from inspectors to electricians to roofers to structural engineers - ensured we were covered on all bases and is a testimony to how respected she is within the community. Her real estate expertise and knowledge/love for her city mixed with her determination to understand our needs and wants ended up with us finding the perfect home. We hope to never sell our beautiful little home, but when we do, Noah will definitely be our girl. We can't thank her enough!!

She helped us find exactly what we wanted and walked us through the entire process. When we relocated to Tennessee, she did an incredible job making our house look amazing in pictures and selling it quickly. These two women are a dynamic duo and if we are ever in the market again (heaven forbid, because moving is excruciating!), they'll be our first phone call. Thank you, Jacki, for being an excellent seller. And a huge, huge thank you to Shelly Kelley for your patience and for being our buyer agent/therapist throughout this whole experience. However, the piping of the kitchen sink was done with corregated tubing which caused a massive leak. That took days to get anyone to come help so I can wash dishes. The fireplace in this 1900's home was never sealed off making the home cold and the electric bill sky high ($551 on our last month there). There were zero fixtures in this home upon moving in as far as window coverings, not even a toilet paper holder. All of these had to be provided by us ON TOP of our insanely overpriced rent of $2050. Which btw, they're trying to charge more now that we're moved out, don't fall for it. Paid every month rent early. However multiple times, I was asked where my rent was TWO WEEKS AFTER the due date, even though I texted the landlord every month as I was dropping rent off. Communication was horrible. To try to get someone to fix something usually took a solid week to even hear a reply. Then I'd get a follow up text usually a month later asking me if maintainance ever came. Two months before we moved out, we got a text from a random guy saying he was our new landlord, Cory. No heads up from the former landlord, and not even a personal meeting or visit, not even a phone all from the "new landlord." Just a text from a random guy I'm now supposed to give my $2050 to every month. NOW Cory is saying that we will not get even a portion of our deposit back ($2000 deposit) because we left leaves on the deck, the grout was "dirty" and there were scuffs on the wall. In what world would those things cost $2000 to fix. Not to mention out of the 4+ places I've rented from in the past, I've ALWAYS got my deposit back because I'm an ideal tenant. Don't fall into their trap. You've been warned.

Secondly, I am not always an easy client, because I always want perfect and want it yesterday. The job that my husband was interviewing for set us up with Stephanie. Upon meeting her I immediately noticed how professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around good person she is. Not only did she take us to see homes, but to see a variety of neighborhoods in the city that may be a good fit for our family. She truly did her due diligence to ensure that we ended up in the right spot. As I got to know Stephanie better, I learned what kind of fighter she really is and saw how that reflected over to her work. She fought for us to get a perfect home in the neighborhood we wanted at a price that we were pleased with, despite the stale market and low inventory.
