The first recommended agent I reached out to ignored my text for about half a week. When I finally followed up with her, she was unwilling to give me any insightful information until I agreed to work with her. Okay... Then came Becky. She was super professional from the get go. When my fiance reached out to Becky, she immediately offered a face to face meeting to talk through our goals. She also impressed us by offering to meet at our home (the one we're selling) so she can knock two birds out with one stone and get a sense of the best strategy for listing as well. She clearly knew what she was doing. After this initial meeting, we were sold on working with Becky because she made us feel like she had our best interest in mind and wasn't just trying to get our business. We wanted to buy a new construction home in a community that had just started selling so she told us honestly the positives AND the negatives to consider as well as offered us alternative suggestions of what we're looking for. We ultimately decided to go with the original home we set our eyes on and Becky and Dave were there with us at every single design appointment and walk through (and there were a lot for a new construction home). Then came the listing part. Becky's team really offers an all inclusive selling experience. From having an interior designer come out to help with staging, to doing renovations to get the home selling ready, and to taking care of any inspection fixes, she has resources to make the experience completely hands off. She was also very strategic in garnering the most interest possible for our home and all through the negotiation processes, again made us feel like she had OUR best interest in mind. I personally do not always go with family/friend referrals just because the idea of getting screwed/being too relaxed and not thinking thoroughly pops to mind. Instead - I usually select 2 or 3 different services and compare/ask questions before I select my main one. I would have given Prime Home a 5/5, but I recently just bought my first home so... I can't really do a comparison when it comes to Lenders. I had Phillip Oh as my main contact first since my mother knew him fairly well. He was pretty good at getting back to me via email, text, call. Response time was probably within 45 mins? Pretty good for a busy guy. You should always see how long a Lendor takes in response time because some take 24 hours to get back to you. I HATE that time frame. At first Phillip didn't really send me an email introducing himself - I felt kind of miffed. But once my realtor told him to do so, he quickly sent me an email. Apparently, he prefers to gather all data and then send an email. I guess that's fine for some folks, but not me. Once the first part of getting info for my home was done - I worked with his employee Don. Don was fine. I think I was tougher on Don since I panicked probably like 4-5x before signing on the dotted line. Hey - buying a home for the first time can be stressful. I think I lit a fire under Don a few times, but he was more than happy to make sure I felt better. Sorry Don! Oh - Phillip and Don used a secure email account for all my personal documents. Phillip & Don were able to get all my docs together quickly, make it very painless to sign papers (electronically), answered all questions, and kept me in the loop of the process. Overall - I barely felt stressed when it came to papers. My main stress - which was questions - was put at ease quickly.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. David was our agent for over 100 days. He did nothing…read moreto try and sell our home. When we proposed ideas he screamed at us. He is not available Saturday and will go on unreachable vacations without telling you. After 100 days with little traction we asked to mutually agree to part ways, offering 2000 to cover pictures and time. He refused, demanding way more money than he deserves. When we finally gave him what he wanted he sent over a unilateral release telling us "it's the same as a mutual agreement." IT IS NOT! If we had let him get away with that we would have owed him 1% when our house sold with an agent who actually put work in. This is the 5th home we have sold and have never experienced an agent like this. There are good agents out there do not choose David.
