Due to a lack of knowledge on our part, Julie took time out of her day to show us a property EVEN AFTER we discovered we had an exclusive right to represent with another realtor. My wife and I were shocked that she would be so helpful and considerate under such circumstances. I HIGHLY recommend her and will most certainly be recommending her in the future. Thanks Julie! We didn't deserve all of your help. We were truly ignorant of working with realtors and it really grieves us that we didn't know better.

The Stones and Corey Bass have been very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. We love how hard they work for deals whether it's a $10,000 property or large acquisition. We were invited to bbq at their home on a trip out to Branson as well as an out of town client from Texas. He wanted to see a house ASAP they took him to see it, wrote up a contract and fed him an amazing bbq with the rest of their friends and family. Be prepared to find your ideal property and great friends.
