Then today I find out that the neighbor who is due to close this Friday has encroached on my newly purchased property. Carolyn, representing the sellers of the home I purchased, once again, failed to report this issue. I had to pay for a land survey to confirm the neighbor's disclosure that they had encroached on our property. I need to be made whole in this matter and I am considering all options.
