Stayed at a property in Branson managed by Sunset Realty Services.. This was a trip with young…read morechildren and family.. Overall resort we stayed at was nice.. The unit we stayed in was not the same however.. It had dings in wall upon arrival.. There was grease on the outside grill.. Almost all the chair bottoms were loose and fell off.. We had to clean the dust off of the porch screen as you can barely see out of it it was so dirty.. I understand being on a golf course in Branson this is expected but not to this degree cleaning was very poor on this unit.. The unit we stayed in could use some updates it is a little dated.. Noticed while giving the kids a bath in the world pool tub one of the Jets was not working.. Ended up pulling a massive hairball out of the jet. Ended up bleaching the Jets in the tub and you would be amazed at what came out.. It was the Most disgusting thing we have ever seen.. The property management Team at this unit Pretty much wants to charge you for every single thing they can and non emergency calls after 5pm cost you $25. luckily I was able to send emails and have them contact me.. The first gentlemen I tried calling was on vacation but he did relay my message to one of his colleagues that contacted me within a reasonable time. I explain the situation and he stated I should call maintenance and make them aware of it. I told him I didn't understand that when I already fixed the issue. After sending an email to the company office they did reach out to me the next morning I informed them of what happened and that I thought the answer I was given was not sufficient enough.. Ended up sending the office the video I took of me cleaning the tub via text. The response back was " Thank you sending this. I am sending this to the housekeepers. I apologize again for this." I would never want to stay at this property again. I was never offered any kind of reimbursement after spending roughly $1000 on the room for 4 days plus the room cleaning charge for this property.. Even know it was cleaner upon departure.. The couple next to us was checking out the same day as us.. I started to discuss with them some of the issues I've had with the unit we stayed in.. The lady I talked to actually owned the unit next to the one we stayed in and was preparing it for the next guest. Her unit was beautiful and well-maintained she invited us in and showed us around it was night and day compared to The one we stayed in.. The only way I would go back to the property would be if I could stay in one of her units As she well-maintained her property and cared about her guest.

My experience with Jerry started last July after I'd decided to move out of the house that I was renting into a permanent home of my own. This move was based on the fact that I really enjoy the area and that the home I was renting was in foreclosure and on the market at a low price prompting every possible buyer to come check it out. During the weeks we had anywhere from 3 to 6 showings which was very disruptive to our family life to say the least. I've only been living in the area for a little over two years now and have looked at a few homes with different realtors in the area during that time. Other realtors always gave me a feeling that they were not interested in my expectations for my new home but rather just making a sale, any sale. I met Jerry while he was showing the house I was renting to another set of buyers. The first thing that struck me as great was that out of all of the other realtors that showed the rental house I was living in at the time Jerry was the only one who didn't rip himself away from his current buyers to hand me his business card and make a sales pitch to try to get my business which I felt was in poor taste for them to do. He walked his current buyers in our house then let them freely walk around without him but staying near to them so that they could take their time and ask him questions when needed. During this time he chatted with my wife and I about our mutual families and general topics without even trying once to solicit our business. I really was happy to see this approach from a realtor. Once Jerry left I made sure to remove his business card from the stack of the others that had been left so I could contact him when I was ready to start my search. I reached out to Jerry a couple of weeks later to begin my search, I had a short time to find a home because the rental I was in had finally sold. Since I was out of town at this time Jerry and I worked together over the phone and via email for a couple weeks to identify properties in my area that met my needs. Upon my return we had about a dozen properties lined up to go see and Jerry set this up on my first Saturday back. Jerry and Kay were very knowledgeable which I needed during this process because I'm still new to the area. Throughout the whole time they never steered us to any specific house but allowed us to choose the perfect home for us. They were honest about discussing every properties good's and bad's never shying away from the difficult discussions or questions from us that other realtors had. Because of this experience Right Choice Realtors will get all of my realty business in the future.
