I didn't think much when I needed four corners and the proposed house location marked. I put a down payment down and was told three weeks. In three weeks I was told another four weeks. In four weeks they did go out for a short time and found a monument. Then, after calling since I had worked planned expecting the corners to be marked was told maybe in a few weeks. I get things change in the construction world and after three remodels I homeowner GC'd and two ground up houses I've had built this has been the worst. If you have a quarter or two to wait I'd say give them a call and believe nothing they say regarding dates. I'll update one the job is done. Update: 2 weeks later, told three times they would be out. Three times they were not out... last time was they had to calculate the house footprint... I figured surveyors could read blueprints and site plans...
