The tyre from my car could not be…read moreremoved to fix its puncture because they didn't have the right tool but no solutions where offered except to fill my tire and send me away. Didn't even bother to check the spare tyre where they could find a tyre wrench, but i guess removing the tyre manually would be too much effort.
