Over the phone I was told by the manager about an issue which he suggested it would cost me €500. I was suspicious about the issue, so I visited Kwik Fit myself. There I asked another employee to show me the issue. By showing me the issue, the employee was able to fix it in 10 minutes. So if I didn't insist to look at the issue, they simply were going to charge me €500 for something which at the end proved to not be what they first thought. Their negligence to carry their APK research properly, would have cost me dearly. Who knows if they do this often or if it was an unlucky incident??????!!!!!!!

Didn't even bother to check the spare tyre where they could find a tyre wrench, but i guess removing the tyre manually would be too much effort.

Nou hier moet je dus echt niet zijn voor je auto! Kwikfit MISFITS…read more We hebben hier onze bandenwissel laten doen. Daarna liepen de voorwielen enorm aan. Weer terug, bleek dat ze vergeten waren om de gewichten terug op het wiel te zetten (prutsers). Ook gevraagd om de foutcodes van de auto uit te lezen (prijs: 40 euro). Er werd verteld dat er niets met de motor aan de hand was. 1 dag later stonden we langs de kant de weg. Dit keer naar mijn eigen garage gegaan en toen bleek dat er nauwelijks meer olie in de motor zat. Heel vreemd dat kwikfit dit een dag eerder niet in de foutcodes heeft gezien. Daarom teruggeweest bij kwikfit om het geld terug te vragen voor het uitlezen van de foutcodes. Nou totaal geen coulance, alleen heel formeel dat ze hebben gedaan wat gevraagd is en dat toen zij het uitlazen er geen foutcodes over het oliepijl waren (wat nu niet meer te controleren was, want ze hebben voor die 40 euro natuurlijk geen rapportje uitgedraaid). Afzetters.
