Last night I ordered and it was really close to closing time... the store worker actually stayed over 15 min closing time. (Storefront was closed) she made sure the products I had paid for where delivered to me! The sweetest gesture! Not a lot of people care enough about their customers this day in age... especially when using apps like doordash and Postmates! But if your in the area make sure u stop by and check them out... Right when I ordered it I could see something wrong, juice coming from the bottom and it didn't produce a hit. I called the store immediately and they said since I ordered it on Postmates there's nothing they can do..... mind you I order delivery because I don't have a car here just moving to LA, taking a Uber is not really realistic smh. They said next time come to the store to check it out first. I highly recommend never ordering from delivery services with these places. Will be taking my business elsewhere

The shop is nice and bright and has plenty of accessories for your bongs, pipes, bubblers, etc. Specifically, I saw they carried Stiiizy brand battery for cannabis pods. I was shopping around at the smoke shops near me a few weeks back and was told they didn't carry them, and I just assumed smoke shops didn't carry them. I was pretty surprised to see it be carried here. The guy running the shop also took the time to talk to me about some of the glass and let me see them up close and hold them as well. I know prices online are better than what they charge in stores, but since small businesses are hurting, it means that much more to support local. My next glass purchase will be from this shop for sure.
