We called Solex in to fix an existing solar system. We specifically asked for a couple hour…read moretraining session to help us better understand the system and allow us to better troubleshoot issues. This was agreed to but not in writing and we paid them in full ;) The update on the system happened in June of 2013 and we've tried of over a year to get someone back out for the training to no avail. It has been a very frustrating experience. The initial install was great and we have called for help a couple of times (they will help on the phone but sometimes it takes a few days or weeks for someone to get back to you). If you just need someone to install the system and need no training or support, I suspect the would be a good pick.
