I was unable to be there, so my sister went to meet Martin and we used FaceTime to go over the project and discuss any specific areas that needed clarification. Martin and his crew began work on time and completed the project in just over a week (Martin was also an excellent communicator with any questions/concerns that he or I had). The cost was very reasonable (much less than an estimate we'd received from another company), and within a week the property was inspected and I had the certificate of inspection.
