I'm pretty much happy whenever I'm there, and I know the other folks are happy I was there, because of how happy they look when I'm leaving. It's a great spot. And I'm a pretty particular person. I walked in and the place was just loud, I am not sure I have been to a concert that was this loud. But this is a bar and I don't frequent bars, so I get to the bar and look over the alcohol and didn't see "Makers Mark" which is what I wanted. So I ask and sure enough they had a bottle tucked away for a class reunion, which they brought back for me. I ended up ordering three glasses to try and get rid of my pending headache from the music. The bartender was very nice and took great care of me and the other people at the bar. After my three drinks I walked back to my room to attempt to sleep. I will say the place was very clean and worth the visit. I am just not a huge fan of the loud music.

They had a DJ playing music which was nice. My friend said she really likes their espresso martinis so that's what I ordered to drink. This drink was huge and strong, so be aware. lol for food, I ordered the salmon and grits. You are given a buzzer and once it goes off, there's a little doorway to the kitchen where you go to pick up your food. The food was bomb- the grits were perfectly seasoned and the salmon was cooked without getting dried off. Also, the portions are generous. Just a heads up though: almost everything here is fried so if you're watching your diet, this is probably not the place for you. My friend said their wings are also really good, so I'll definitely stop back to try those.

The castle aesthetic carries over to the inside. It was definitely a choice lol but it is rather lovely. Not your usual dining experience. Try this place. Edit to add: a group of five of us stopped in for the brunch buffet on Sunday. We made a reservation as the website states any party of five or more should make one. I was apprehensive due to past experiences of brunch buffets. Usually all the food tastes very similar and lacks seasoning. Not the case here. They had such a wide array of options. We had an extremely picky eater and they left full. The vibe was casual with just a touch of sophistication. Really happy we tried the buffet and will absolutely come again.
