I was so freaked out the I would have so many charges of insufficient funds but the team at West Gate monitored everything! Then it happened a second time where they tried to run it through a second time and because I wouldn't have dreamed it would've happened again they actually had to run a stop payment. The next team came in and took care of it. Every single one of them was so very nice and understanding. I have never worked with a bank like this before Allana, August, Delaney, Jaelyn, and Noelle... you are all my superheroes! I'd give you 10 stars if I could!! I can't buy stocks 'on the dip', and can't lower my bids. their website says it's "technical issues". If that was true, why would BOTH phone AND web access be dead? Cheap managers pay for just enough web 'power' and just enought phone employees for a normal volume of market activity - pretending they don't know that HIGH volume days occur and could overwhelm their systems. if this happens again, I'll transfer my accounts to a competitor.

Or, when there is some seemingly out of proportion review that may not accurately reflect the services. Thus... I cannot speak profoundly to the one negative review on here for Phil and Kris but I would be willing to bet good money that there is a valid explanation beyond Phil's control and that it was not because he "lies" or is a "wolf in sheep's clothing. Phil and Kris have helped to manage ALL of our financial and retirement investments for I believe over 15 years. Now that I am retiring and my wife will be also in a few years, we have "everything" we expected for returns and goals. Phil gives wonderful financial advice and structures it according to your desires and goals. The level of risk and aggressiveness is up to you but his advice is spot on. Adjectives and descriptions that come to mind are honesty, trustworthy, caring, supportive, helpful, transparent, very knowledgeable, attentive, ethical, and wise to just name a few. We feel fortunate to have found Phil and Kris years ago. Kris provides quick and wonderful service as well. Because of Phil, I can retire with the expectations and goals that we had despite a market that has shifted many times over the years. Pretty much all returns not only met the expectations or percentage, but exceeded them. We would give them 10 stars if we could!
