Love this Barbershop, been coming here for three years and absolutely great service

This should be 5 stars....but there are two problems I have. First, let me say that I have been here 4 or 5 times and each time I have gotten a very good cut. I have no problem with the haircutting itself b First problem is that each time I come I have been handed off to a newer barber. They look very young and the two times I requested one of the older gentlemen I have received comments that they were waiting on a reservation or they had something else to do. I can believe that, but when I said I would wait I was not given the option. Second problem was personal. And it is the real reason I am writing this. I went in last week for a trim before Christmas. Was handed off to a new barber. He did a good job. Have no complaints there. The cost was $25. I handed him two $20 bills and said I would just like a $5 back. I thought $10 was a decent tip. He said he didn't have change. I asked if he could break it with anyone else. They all said they didn't have change. Then when I said I'd just pay with a card, all of a sudden that wasn't an option. I can't say I won't return for another cut. They are good. Very good. Even the new ones. But I will take the correct change from now on. And my tips may not be as generous. read more
