Older gentleman (Jim) & guy with Mohawk are only barbers I will go to in that shop. Jim shares his opinions & I listen & Mohawk gives a great cut & good convo as well. Few times I did get a cut from 3rd barber it wasn't "bad" but all he talked about was the other barbers. He himself looks like he needs a cut & cleanup when he is there. Visited this barbershop before moving into our forever home in Ocala. Arrived about 8:30 am and due to only having one barber on was waited a little over an hour and a half to get my hair cut. Turns out the other barber called off sick because of eating potato salad on the 4th of July. I would rate the haircut at about a 3.5 stars. The conversation and price were good, but didn't really appreciate the postings regarding the NRA and depictions of a similarity between Michael Jackson and Nancy Pelosi. I am an Air Assault Infantry Veteran of Dessert Storm, so I do believe in freedom of speech; however, one of the first rules of business is politics and religion have no place in a work environment. read more

I visited this "barber shop" and explained what I wanted for a cut. I explained that I had been scalped by another local shop and told them in detail what the other shop did wrong. Well, guess what? I was scalped just as bad as the other place, maybe worse! He never even picked up a pair of scissors, only used an electric razor. Then, when all was said and done, I asked if the price for the cut was the same as the one printed on the shop's front window, and he quoted me $6 more than the advertised price!!!! Place is awesome! Scott, Tim, and Jim are the best! They're very professional, respective, and talented. Don't go there if you're a liberal wimp. This is a barbershop that provides American haircuts for AMERICANS! NO BS! They're priced perfectly and fun to to talk to. This place brings back memories of the old town barbershop. Don't know what happened to this business. I used to enjoy getting a hair cut there, but not any more. Hair all over the floor, from the front door and through out the entire shop. I thought there was a state statute requiring regular clean up. Recently posted a sign stating that if you intend not to tip, let the barber know so he can give you a no tip haircut. No class. I Bring my son here now because the ladies at the hair cuttery always did a horrible job on his bangs. The first time I brought my son here he saw a younger gentleman and he did an amazing job. The second time an older man cut his hair and I got home and noticed a few long pieces that he missed it is also very choppy in the back I was sad to see that but I will still go here but just request the original barber we saw. read more

This barber shop have truly impressed me. Old barbershop theme inside. Quick and clean service. I definitely will come back here again next time i need it. They even use old style shaving razor from 50s era on my rear neck. They did make sure its all perfect on both sides etc. others dont do that. read more
