Corey listened to what I needed and did a good job. I had never been here before and was somewhat nervous trying a new place.

Beware of the barber Jamal. Me and my friend went to get a haircut and spent $30 each for a shit ass haircut (which took over an hour in total) he didn't even cut the top of my hair evenly and now I look stupid. My friend has bum ass taper of his sides and it wasn't even faded properly at all and didn't even cut the back of his head properly. Unless you lost some bet, DO NOT go to Jamal. Jamal I'm coming for you. I want my refund. read more

Came in here with an absolute disaster on my head. Place was able to for me in on the spot. Mike Kelly did an amazing job. You just saved me so much embarrassment. Best barbershop in Knoxville read more

I told Kevin not to thin it but to shorten it and he did the opposite and now I look stupid

Placed an appointment online. Drove the 30 minutes to the location. Appointment was at 11:45 I arrived at 11:30. When I arrived a tall bald brother said welcome and hello, only one to actually great me when I walked in. The other three barbers, two that were not cutting hair barely looked up from their phones to acknowledge me or say anything, the third barber was cutting a customers hair. Not a problem, we're men and I'm here to get my sons haircut I don't need a red carpet. The time is approaching for my haircut, in walks another dad with his son. This is why I'm giving the review. The barber who is suppose to give my son the haircut, takes the guys who just walked in. The other dads sits in the chair and the barber immediately says, "Wait, you booked a kids hair cut didn't you?" The other dad says, "no, my wife booked it for me but I'm just bringing lil man along, the haircuts for me." I am sitting looking right at them having this dialogue and I'm waving my hand, "it's me I'm here for the kids cuts!" The dad in the chair starts to tell the barber how he wants his hair cut. The barber says, "I got you down for a kids cut, I don't have time for all of that, plus I have to get to my kids graduation at 1pm." Not only was my spot given to someone else, he clearly didn't have time to give my son a proper haircut because he had to be somewhere after meaning he would rush the job. Already anxious about going to a new place because I'm not from here, getting a kids cut with adhd and mind you my son he's being his best to calmly sit next to me as I keep telling him, "when you get in the chair we're going to be calm and not move so the barber can do his job." Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional I went here based on the reviews but clearly will not be going there ever. Lost a longtime customer because the hair cut was $22 and I'm used to paying $60 so his loss not mine. Be mindful when you go here if your new zero communication and hopefully after this review they'll change that. The tall bald head brother was cool said hello and everything. Everyone else acted like they had somewhere better to be. No thanks I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

Wonderful multi-cultural barber! Louis was wonderful. Quick professional and I looked good. Big Beard not a problem!!

Moved to Knoxville in December of 2019 and finding a barber was at the top of my list. This is a diverse group of barbers. Billy is the man!

John, thanks for the haircut. You did exactly what I asked. I got quite a few good complaints about it. I made sure to send them your way. You outdid yourself on this one. Thank you! read more

Cannot say enough good things about this place. It's cool and fun, everyone kind of jumping into a big group conversation, the staff is engaging, and the service was impeccable. Eric was the absolute man. I've been looking for a place that would give me a nice, faded beard trim and take the time and effort to really show some craft. This is the place. I will be back, and I will not be going anywhere else. $15 for a trim that took about 30 minutes, included a straight-razor line up, and excellent trimmer work. I got EXACTLY what I wanted, and more. Worth every penny. Thank you, Eric! read more

I have been getting haircuts from Josh before his business existed. He does an excellent job with not just his skill but also his other barbers. What I have noticed is that with his location choice it opens you up to a diverse set of clients. While it is traditional and familiar for one said culture its very open to all who walk in. Josh and his crew have a diverse skill set. Swing by and give them a try. read more

Walked in and was hesitant but my son needed a haircut. Billy understood my son's concerns and fulfilled his wishes and beyond. My son has Asperger's so a haircut for him is an event. Billy was beyond professional. I even had him touch up my oceleditz (scalplock - it's a Ukrainian Cossack thing). Guess which shop has become the new father and son barber shop? read more

Just moved to Knoxville recently and found this barbershop after several other try's and this is the place to go

Just took my 13 year old today for the first time. The guys working were really nice. They did an excellent job! They really take pride in their work. We've been going to an expensive/ fancy place but we like the atmosphere here better and they take more pride in their work! We found a new place! thanks! read more
