I made my son an eye exam appointment in February for April 2nd (today)..... So kaiser had 2 months to reach out to me with any  new findings or revelations, But did they? No, of course not. They wait until half an hour  before my  sons appointment to tell me the eye doctor called in sick.  Okay, people get sick. Fair enough, I was fine with rescheduling but then they proceeded to tell me that my insurance supposedly "does not cover eye exams "  I beg your pardon? Why would you Schedule an eye exam for me, if my insurance did not cover it?  You have to pull up my chart with ALL my insurance and medical information to schedule any appointment correct? Nobody caught this? And furthermore, why are you waiting  30 MINUTES before my appointment to tell me? All this to say, kaiser wasted my time and they didn't need to. Please do better.

In my experience, they're just trying to get you in the door and out the door to make their money.And they do not take your complaints seriously.They do not take care of you.They do not ever ever turn against each other.If one of them makes a mistake they will always protect each other. You and I and our families are nothing to them.

    So I had an appt. this morning at 11:30 so I didn't eat or drink anything since 10pm and held in my…read morepee. All for a 8am phone call from Evette saying they're calling to cancel my appointment because they can't do my echo. So I told her that they were able to do my echo and just couldn't do my vascular. So she talked to a "Tech" and they told her the stuff my doctors want my images for they don't do. So I start getting irritated because bouncing back and forth from dr to dr a couple days a week for a month now is just a lot for anyone. But all I got was "we're canceling your appointment." Then she says the tech said I should just get it done by the same place I'm getting my vascular imagining so it'll be cheaper. Things like this is why a lot of people just don't bother and just live their life. With all of that I called my drs office and told them so I had to wait for a call back so I held in my pee even more. Then they tell me the tech never said they didn't do it but that I should just get it done at the other place. When all I kept saying to them was that they are able to do it and they kept saying they didn't. I really hope that call was being recorded. Thank you for the 8am wake up call to cancel my appt because you guys weren't able to do it. It's great getting 3 hours of sleep to bullshit. And been in the phone or waiting around the phone to see what's going on. Well 6 hours later I'm going to finally get some rest!

    Went today(Sunday) and am very thankful they were open. I've gone to the one in federal way but…read morethey were closed today. I learned that after I looked online and it said they were open. I've had a cough and sickness for 3 weeks. They told me wait time was 1.5 hours and that id be called back approx 2:20. They asked if I wanted to stay or I could leave and they could text me. I stayed. I was called back at 2:35. Vitals and info taken by a very nice nurse. Was told 10-15 minutes for doctor. Approx. 15 minutes and Dr. Pai came in. Very nice. Listened to my story. Listened to my lungs. Was concerned about pneumonia. Got a chest X-ray on site by a lovely technician. No pneumonia. Acute bronchitis. They gave me an albuterol nebuliser in the office to see if it helped my breathing. Gave me a headache and I didn't think it helped but on the way home I think I felt better. Dr. Pai gave me a couple of Rxs to help me get better and I was on my way. Spent 4 hours there between waiting for the appt and getting all my treatment. I'm so glad I went here and I'm very thankful they were open and stayed after hours for me. Thanks so much!!

Fast AND super friendly. The issue is 100% Federal Way and not Quest as a whole. Lazy lazy employees n Federal Way. Avoid this office and head to Renton. 4/23 11:07 I went in for a stand by appointment around 11:07. They had just called back their 11:10 appointment and their 11:30 was already checked in. Their rep came out and told me how stand by works (yes I understand how standby works) and I said I was willing to wait to see if their next appointment didn't show up. He basically told me that he "has paperwork and stuff to do" so it would be after 1:00 REGARDLESS if their next appointment didn't show. The employees at this location are so lazy. Please hire people who understand customer service!!

The phlebotomist wearing pink today has absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever, and I'm not exaggerating. While waiting, I could hear her being rude to the patient she was helping and initially thought it was the patient because it was such a condescending tone. This rudeness and power trip behavior continued when a patient asked for her 3 y/o to use the restroom, and was even worse when I tried to ask her if she called my name or someone elses (it was loud to due the kiddos). She was so mean and unprofessional, I walked out before getting my blood drawn. After how she treated me, when I politely asked a question - starting with "I'm sorry", why the heck would I allow her to draw my blood?! And if Quest hires these types of people and allows this behavior, I will NEVER go to a Quest clinic. I am beyond mad at this professional's unprofessional behavior. She ruined my day. We are all adults, there is no excuse for her to speak to patients this way. She needs to be fired. I'm certain this was not just a bad day, but just a bitter older woman who hates her job and the public.

    Just trying to resolve situation before it creates problems for everyone. Do I have to give stars?…read more Made an appointment online, left work early to get to appointment. Arrived early and found the waiting room an proceeded to wait for over an hour past my appointment time. Today, received an email from them that they had everything processed and would be invoicing my insurance. Great - except they are invoicing my secondary insurance and not my primary. So I call the number and they need an invoice, tell them I don't have this, it was all just done a couple days ago but would like to clear up the insurance information before it causes chaos. They can't do anything about it for 7 days until the invoice comes through. So I try to call the local lab to get them to update it and they can't do anything. They give me customer service number, they can't do anything either and put me through to billing. Billing again advises they need invoice number. I ask them to just update my account to avoid all this trouble of them billing secondary, getting rejected, then having to contact me, billing primary etc. They tell me they can't do that, that they don't keep any records on file. So how are you billing the insurance then?? Also while on the phone with the rep, she proceeds to give customer service attitude, and if you have worked in customer service you know what I mean. I advised her that I don't appreciate it and that I have worked in the field so I know what she is doing. She proceeds to then argue with me that if I would just listen, she is not giving me attitude. Finally gave up, advised I wouldn't be paying any invoices they sent me and she said that was fine, when the information is sent, I can resend my insurance information to them. WTH?! So if you do HAVE to go here, make sure they have ALL your information correctly because they don't care about you or your time.
