    Had to come for some care. The front desk lady wish I would have gotten her name she was so rude don't even understand why she works in a place like that. My appointment was completely wrong I got there at 630pm and what a waste of time because they didn't book my appointment right so I have to come back. Tiffany the Second Lady I had to speak she was so so so nice and super helpful through out the whole process to make sure this doesn't Happen again... please get more Tiffany's she was personable and very patient !!!!!!! Thank you Tiffany !!!!!!!!!!! Can't really so no to coming her cause we have no choice

    So many negative reviews I thought I should add a positive one since that was my experience. After checking in at the front desk, as standard practice, you have to complete e-forms on a tablet every time you go. Once completed, they informed me they were about 15-20 minutes behind schedule. I helped myself to their coffee station and shortly thereafter I was taken to the MRI room. The quality of care from the two techs was great! They put foam earplugs in my ears and music headphones on top to drown out the noisy MRI machine. And they covered me with a blanket bc I was cold. There was a longer line/wait when I was leaving so I think an earlier appt (before 10:30a) is probably a quicker experience.

    I had to get some x-rays of my lower back and right knee and received orders from my PCP. Looked up in-network radiology centers from my insurance website; that was a pain i the neck but necessary. Always watching out for costs. I was able to call and schedule an appointment with Rayus Radiology in Boca Ration. After my call with them, I received links to their patient portal through my email. Was able to logon and filled out their questions as well as upload insurance card and radiology orders. Very smooth upfront process. They were able to check my insurance coverage and send me the co-pay amount before the appointment. Once I got to the facility, the intake staff took my co-pay payment and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I was called within minutes and the x-rays took all of about 10-15 minutes. Very pleasant and high quality experience.

The facility is located off Spanish River Boulevard And University just north of the FAU campus. There was plenty of parking right in front and the facility. My appointment was March 4 at 10 AM. The facility looks very nice when you walk inside. The waiting room is welcoming and very clean and it wasn't very crowded. I still had to wait about 15 minutes before they called my name. They never sent me any information for pre-registration and there was no place on their website to add any of my information. Checking in took a while because the poor woman behind the desk was multitasking and helping everyone else. Once they had my insurance and payment information, it was quick before I was seen. The technician was excellent and so friendly, My first impression was...this technology is old. It does the job, but it's old. Now, today is April 3 and I still do not have the results from that CT scan. I was able to get it from my doctors office so I know everything is fine. BUT you're dealing with people's health. I left two messages to get the results of the scans with NO Response. Finally I was able to reach someone who said I could come and pick up the paperwork. No one said that I needed to pick up the radiologists results during my appointment. So let me say this AGAIN ... you're dealing with people's health. They need to know the results as soon as they are available.

Yesterday morning we had an emergency and needed an urgent Ultrasound for a family member and I called our PMD who called in a Rx for us. I then called the scheduling center and spoke to "MIMI" who I found to be very competent but also very polite and compassionate...a true professional in the way she managed my call and expedited our request. These are the unsung heroes in our field who often go Unthanked and unappreciated and for that a special shout-out to MIMI! This location is gorgeous in set up and is very clean. I had to get two ultra sounds done due to pain. I was able to get a cd right away. And my doctors got my results within 24-48 hours. Turned out nothing to be serious and it was just a cyst and fibroid. Glad I got it checked and tested by getting these tests done. The technician was excellent. She was gentle and good in communication. She told me exactly what she was doing etc. Side Note- They offer drinks if you need them after your tests. They have a variety of sodas, teas, hot chocolate and coffee. ~

She explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout the process, and made sure I felt safe and supported the entire time. She even gave me headphones with my fav music on. Her kindness made a huge difference since I was very scared going to it. The facility itself is extremely clean. The waiting rooms are spotless, and I loved that they provide a private changing room, your own robe, and a secure locker for your belongings while you're having your exam done. Check-in and check-out are quick and simple, which I really appreciate. Whether you need x-rays, sonograms, ultrasounds, MRI, I highly recommend this imaging center. ALWAYS read the doctors imaging prescription before going. After I was brought into a private room the technician said he was going to get the IV for the contrast. I told him the order clearly stated With Out contrast. He did check the order again and verified I was correct. Thankfully I was aware and knew the difference because that could have been a major mistake.

This review is a rollercoaster, so buckle up. The saga began after my doctor sent over a prescription. Rayus reached out by text and phone, which initially felt efficient and promising. Then came the automated phone system. Somewhere between the prompts, hold music, and waiting to speak to a human being, nearly an hour of my life disappeared into the void. Over 40 minutes of that was spent on hold. An hour. To make one appointment. I put the appointment on my calendar, but forgot the exact time, so I called a few days later to confirm it. That's when I was informed I had no appointment at all. I'm sorry... what exactly were we doing together for an hour the first time? So after another 45-minute adventure through the hold queue, Appointment Part Two was successfully created. Or so I thought. Two days before the appointment, billing calls me to explain they were beginning the insurance pre-approval process and probably wouldn't hear back from my insurance company in time. They then asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket and "hope" insurance reimbursed me later. Hope? For radiology pricing? Absolutely not. They told me I'd need to contact the appointment department to reschedule. I politely explained that I'd rather wrestle an alligator in a Publix parking lot than spend another hour on hold. They assured me they would handle the rescheduling themselves. Spoiler alert: they did not. Instead, I started getting automated calls and texts reminding me to reschedule. So back into the scheduling abyss I went. This time the hold was only about 30 minutes, which by then felt like express service. At this point, I was mentally hovering between zero stars and throwing my phone into traffic. But then... plot twist. The actual in-office experience was excellent. I arrived at 11:20 because their texts told me I had an 11:45 appointment and should arrive 30 minutes early. Turns out the actual appointment was 12:15, and 11:45 was apparently the "show up early" time. Confusing? Absolutely. But the front desk staff handled it with kindness and professionalism instead of attitude, which honestly caught me off guard after the scheduling nightmare. Not only were they nice about it, they managed to get me in early anyway. The tech was professional, efficient, and treated me with dignity throughout the visit. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and well run. If I were rating only the people inside the building, this would easily be five stars. But unfortunately, the process of actually getting and keeping an appointment was so frustrating and unnecessarily difficult that I can't justify averaging this out to three stars. The staff deserves praise. The scheduling system deserves a documentary investigation. Two stars.

    Baptist Health (another story all of its own) uses BRG. This is about the BRG billing department…read more I am a (retiring) lawyer, and am angry as hell and not going to take it. In other words, I will beat this issue to death, because there is a clear patten with respect to how they set up their billing. BRG outsources their billing to some company that hires workers In the Philippines. What I found was more important than the details. I have documented it all pretty well. What I found is a systemic problem - a system that deliberately obstructs communication and resolution of any billing issue. The workers on the "front line" are given a script and cannot resolve anything. The company has another department that allegedly deals with "escalation" - the front line workers call that "the back office". The front line are not allowed to call and actually talk to anyone in the back office, but must email. The back office never responds to emails and nothing is resolved. Of course, the front line workers are also not allowed to tell the patient/customer what company they work for. This has happened every time in the many calls I have made, and I asked each worker questions about the process and won't stop asking until they go off script and answer them. Oh yes, this last "supervisor" promised to email me after we hung up. He did not. Of course. The pattern is too significant for it NOT to be a deliberate way to prevent communication and resolution of issues. I would imagine that most people just give up and pay what is claimed owed, regardless of whether it is legitimate or not. I've literally spent hours and hours on this, and almost hope that they actually file a lawsuit. I will counter-sue showing this pattern (there are both common and statutory laws that apply). It will probably cost me more than the $200 they claim is still owed, but this has to be stopped. The CEO and registered agent of this company is a radiologist named Joseph H. Kleinman, M.D. He is not able to be reached either, of course. So I will await a lawsuit, since I am quite sure this will never be resolved, no matter how many times they call and how many times they supposedly "put collections on hold for 30-45 days." And the front line workers never provide a status update without me calling them. The status never changes. This has gone on for for nearly 6 months.
