    Had to come for some care. The front desk lady wish I would have gotten her name she was so rude don't even understand why she works in a place like that. My appointment was completely wrong I got there at 630pm and what a waste of time because they didn't book my appointment right so I have to come back. Tiffany the Second Lady I had to speak she was so so so nice and super helpful through out the whole process to make sure this doesn't Happen again... please get more Tiffany's she was personable and very patient !!!!!!! Thank you Tiffany !!!!!!!!!!! Can't really so no to coming her cause we have no choice

    So many negative reviews I thought I should add a positive one since that was my experience. After checking in at the front desk, as standard practice, you have to complete e-forms on a tablet every time you go. Once completed, they informed me they were about 15-20 minutes behind schedule. I helped myself to their coffee station and shortly thereafter I was taken to the MRI room. The quality of care from the two techs was great! They put foam earplugs in my ears and music headphones on top to drown out the noisy MRI machine. And they covered me with a blanket bc I was cold. There was a longer line/wait when I was leaving so I think an earlier appt (before 10:30a) is probably a quicker experience.

    I had to get some x-rays of my lower back and right knee and received orders from my PCP. Looked up in-network radiology centers from my insurance website; that was a pain i the neck but necessary. Always watching out for costs. I was able to call and schedule an appointment with Rayus Radiology in Boca Ration. After my call with them, I received links to their patient portal through my email. Was able to logon and filled out their questions as well as upload insurance card and radiology orders. Very smooth upfront process. They were able to check my insurance coverage and send me the co-pay amount before the appointment. Once I got to the facility, the intake staff took my co-pay payment and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I was called within minutes and the x-rays took all of about 10-15 minutes. Very pleasant and high quality experience.

    No one answered the phone after 40 minutes on hold. Used to be such an easy "ordeal". Now it's just an ordeal. Never again.

During my most recent visit, I had my very first MRI, and my nurse, Amanda, was absolutely incredible. Her kindness made a huge difference since I was very scared going to it. The facility itself is extremely clean. The waiting rooms are spotless, and I loved that they provide a private changing room, your own robe, and a secure locker for your belongings while you're having your exam done. Check-in and check-out are quick and simple, which I really appreciate. Whether you need x-rays, sonograms, ultrasounds, MRI, I highly recommend this imaging center. From the receptionist to the clinical staff each person is friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, I had an emergency situation and I needed to have an ultrasound completed quickly and have the results ready for the next morning.     I contracted with Wimbledon Health Partners to perform nerve conduction testing for my patients…read more Every patient that they saw, I was told that each patient was fully covered and they would have no out of pocket expenses. Months later I have patients that are receiving bills from Wimbledon Health Partners ranging from $750.00 to $2500.00. This Company WILL verify all patients benefits but they WILL NOT notify and call the patient before the appointment to review financial responsibility. I would call before the patients appointments to get financial responsibility so I can notify the patients and the verification department NEVER told me that any of my patients had deductibles or financial payments that would be due. I would ask them if they where fully covered and they would state yes. As the patients bills started to come in, I would ask the patients if they signed any paperwork stating that they where financially responsible, they would ALL state no. Well come to find out when the patients would come in for the testing the Tech would have the patient electronically sing a form that would allow a doctor to read the testing result. The Tech NEVER told ANY of my patients that they where also signing off that they would be financially responsible for any bills. Yes the patients signed off on paperwork that they didn't read. Yes the patients went ahead with testing that they where only given a verbal confirmation that they where fully covered. Yes the patients and myself also trusted that Wimbledon Health Partners was a professional and ethical company. This company will verify your benefits. Tell you that you are fully covered. Have the tech not disclose the complete reasoning for your signature, and then send you a bill and make you fully responsible for it ALL BECAUSE THEY KNOW PATIENTS WILL TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. I highly recommend that if you need any type of testing just go to your primary care physician and get a referral and call your insurance company to get a provider that is in Network. This way you will be seen with a provider that has to follow your Insurance Companies guidelines.
