They are also a Christian daycare, so they pray before they eat. They make sure everything is washed, put away, and disinfected after kids are doing playing, taking a nap, or eating. They love to talk to the parents, interact with you, ask about your day, and just genuinely care about you. So her system backed up, which turned into an emergency call to get it pumped months after the initial pump. They took no responsibility for not pumping the initial solids and told her the company had changed ownership so did not matter. A single elderly woman with a 1000 gallon tank backs up in 6 months? charged her 525$ to come and pump when it backed up. people make mistakes I get that but to not hear her out and shut her down like that is not good business. I do not recommend.
