We were visiting from Calgary and on our way out of town noticed a problem with our van - a…read moreconcerning sound coming from one of the wheels. We saw Kelvin's and decided to stop and get it checked out. They got us in immediately, and had found the part (ball bearings) and replaced it within an hour and a half. Can't imagine getting that repair done any faster, and all at a reasonable price with excellent service. They were friendly, explained thoroughly and showed us the part they replaced so that it was obvious what the problem was, and went the extra mile to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Travelling with 5 people including a 6-month-old, this was really appreciated. It is a small family business and we did not meet Kelvin the owners but dealt with his two sons - I sure hope he is proud of them! If we lived closer we would be back for the next repair without a doubt.

I take alot pride in keeping the interior of my vehicle clean, but when I picked it up both my vehicles windows were partly left down and it was so extremely dirty in the interior it was a bit disappointing it couldn't be returned in the same condition I left it in (interior of course as it was there for exterior damage). Upon pick up I was notified they lost my set of car keys but did have a new one made. My old keys had a fob and that I never got back.. but it is something the company is working with me on. It does feel like its being dragged out as ive had the vehicle back over a week now.

I discovered Jass Auto following an unexpected issue with my battery late Friday afternoon. Not knowing where to go, other than the dealership, the AMA tow truck driver made a few recommendations and Jass just felt right. From the initial phone call, I was pleasantly surprised with their willingness to help (no hesitation or warnings about it being late on a Friday and the likelihood of having to wait until Monday), their attitude was more - let's get it in, get it looked at and see what can be done. Upon arrival they assessed the situation, sourced the battery (picked it up and brought it back because the source location didn't have a delivery driver available), and began the replacement process (Not under the hood like I would have thought... but inside the left front wheel well!). Needless to say it was around 6PM when they wrapped up and we said our goodbyes. My experience with Jass Auto was simply amazing! I'll most definitely be using their services again and strongly encourage others to do the same.

Terry is the best, he explains everything so I understand. I made a mistake a few days earlier and took my Jeep to another automotive shop, just for a lightbulb and they broke my light!! Terry fixed it and showed me how to do it by myself next time so I don't have to deal with shoddy workmanship from other places. Long story short, no one else is going to touch my Jeep from now on!
