I think what truly separates them is the care and consideration that they give to the plants and trees. I have a small orchard on my property of only about 40 trees and as they need replaced, I have been using trees from mile tree nursery. They use a drip system on their trees so they are constantly watered. A number of the big box stores in the area water their trees intermittently and as a result, the quality is very poor.
